Cypress Square Shopping Center — Local services in Redding

I drive to this shopping center almost daily because I'm a member of Orchard Nutrition though it is not required to shop there. The main benefit for me of being a member is that I can get 5 gallons a day of purified drinking water for free. I usually buy some fruit or protein and bring my container and fill it in the back by the deli. They have excellent sandwiches, supplements a huge assortment of bulk and a really well informed staff. Great price. Lots of machines haven't seem before...ie Jacob's Ladder and weird crescent shaped treadmill...? Weight machines are older than used to and some need oiling or servicing and cleaning up. Can't tell what some do and too old to have signs/ instructions on them. Also, kind of intimidating. Kind of a "dude's" gym. Never did warm up to the place and feel comfortable there.
