If ya judge the bar by it's cover, you may not ever make it in... but I liked the ol place. It is the oldest watering hole in Redding (That I know of). Friendly atmosphere and clean- Pool table and a few arcade style games as well as an ATM inside. I was lured in by some live music at the "kinda Cool April nites" car show-n-shine. As far as the beverages, they have a great selection and highly skilled bartenders as well ;) Go visit the ol' South Redding place, you may never leave!

Bonehead move by bartender. A group of seven of us came in at around 10:30pm and proceeded to buy drinks. However we had come from another party and one of our gals had a half of a cup of some drink that she brought with her. Oops! As soon as the bartender saw this, he marched over and proceeded to throw all of us out because of this half drunk drink . We even offered to pay $20 for him for the mistake, but he wasnā€™t having it. So he tossed us all out.

We proceeded to go to the Rusty Nail which welcomed us with open arms and we spent around $700 on food and drinksā€¦

Next time consider that honest mistakes happen and you might receive some good reviews if you are a...

From the moment I walked in to this place, I noticed that not only was it as dark as a solar eclipse; add to that absolutely nobody was speaking a word. It was dead silent. You could hear the air brushing through peopleā€™s clothes.

When I got to the counter, things didnā€™t get much better. I want to preface, that I was not able to taste the food or the drinks, the reason being is that when I got to the counter the server asked me for my ID, took it and determined that my ID was fake, and refused to serve me.
