Dunkin' — Restaurant in Redland

Worse experience ever! I never leave reviews and I have ordered from Dunkin’ Donuts many of times, so maybe it’s just this restaurant.

I tried to call in store because my delivery order as simple as it was… It was COMPLETELY wrong.

I ordered a large cappuccino, everything bagel with vegetable cream cheese and a turkey sausage wake up wrap with no cheese.

I received a cappuccino that wasn’t full, a regular bagel with regular cream cheese on it. Barely any cream cheese was even on the bagel and a wake up wrap with ONLY 2 different sausage on it! You would think I’m kidding but look at the pictures.

I am more than dissatisfied, I will never be ordering from this restaurant again. Even if they didn’t have the items they could have called me, instead of making whatever they desired.

I called the restaurant 3 times! They never picked up and the second time they sent me to voice mail.

My Uber account name is Kay Vincent and I placed my order at like 4:20am (not the exact time but very close to it)

My order was so wrong it almost felt like it was on purpose. Again I received 2 DIFFERENT sausages in my wake up wrap and no egg… How does one even make such a mistake.

If you order from this restaurant make sure to go in person and check your food. Don’t let them waste your time and money like me.

And look at the pictures if you think I was kidding or exaggerating about 2 different sausages and no egg on a 2 ingredient wrap! I didn’t even ask for cheese 😭 this feels like a damn Halloween prank...

Their service is getting slow and unhygienic lately, the couple of tables have sticky surface, and so is the floor, one has to wait longer than it should be for QSR outlet, in the morning hours, I did wait for 18 minutes I was there last time , and once longer, the Barista girl first spilled my sugar free hot cappuccino coffee, then she grabbed a dirty towel from a back rack and and wiped my cup, when I asked her to use paper/napkin she said it does not make a difference, on my insisting that how would I sip from a dirty cup, she made a face , snatched back my cup and threw it, what she gave me next was a cold sweetened coffee, I wonder why she made it a point to give me 3 pumps of syrup while she had just made a sugar free coffee, the manager was absent , by the way the napkins were no where in sight, whoever is taking care of this WOODFIELD DUnkin is doing very poor job at training people on ethics or service. No one always has time or energy to tolerate or train them in rushy...

Has to be the worse food I have ever ordered. I placed a order on the mobile app for pick up when I get there to get the food he only gives me half the order. I told him that I ordered donuts and when I tell him it was customized he just starts throwing donuts into the box. I had to insist for him to at least look at the receipt so i could get some of the donuts that were ordered. once I got home with the food I find that the bacon was raw and greasy to the point that it was a ball of goo in the bottom of the bag. The grilled cheese wasn't even right he used a raisin bagel for the breed. I went back to the store and showed him the bacon and he came back to me with "what u want it burnt?" At this point I just wanted the sandwich remade hoping that something would come out of this. He remakes the sandwich and to my surprise it is a greasy breed smothered in butter not toasted and just nasty. Don't waste your money on this place. stay home or go...
