I ordered a pizza that did not get any of the toppings or sauce I requested. I originally placed an order with Buffalo sauce after bake on my pizza. I called to add bbq sauce after bake as well since it wasn’t an option on the app. Evelyn the manager told me I am not able to do it since it’s not an option on the computer. I mentioned I do this every time I order Dominos but she told me she can’t. I asked if there’s a way to just charge me extra sauce and add it when the pizza comes out and she said it’s too busy i can’t make sure I am there for your pizza when it comes out of the oven to ensure the bbq sauce gets on the pizza. So because of this I ask for no buffalo after bake then and she said that’s fine but if I still wanted everything else and I said yes. After I get there I wait 5 minutes outside and she acts like she doesn’t see me. Then have a worker named Jason who is extremely rude and totally ignored me the whole time I was waiting until another worker got there. I waited in the car for my curbside pick up for about 5 minutes and he never came. So I went to the window because I assumed he was busy. Then waited there for another 7 minutes. I rang the door bell and he looked at me and kept working. He walked to the window and got on the computer so I assumed he was gonna actually help me but NOPE. He walked back to the table and continued to work. Then I waited another few minutes before knocking on the window. By then it’s now about 15-20 minutes of waiting and being ignored. Read moreGot to the restaurant to pick up our order and it had already been picked up by someone else before we got there. Something that is totally possible because of the way they just have peoples names and status of order on the window. Guy at the window said “it happens” which is whatever but there should really be a way to verify that’s who is supposed to pick up the pizza! A simple “what’s the last four of the phone number on the order” could keep this issue from happening again. Also alittle more accountability. They told us our order was “missing” even though our names were on the screen so we knew they got it. Instead of saying they messed up and are fixing it. Ultimately we got our pizza at no charge and it wasn’t that big of a deal but a few more processes put in place could save a lot of hassle and money in the future.
