Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Redlands

there is a reason this place has 3 stars and now I know why! After speaking with the manager, and apparently district manager at this location, we could not reach a resolution for my horrible experience. First, I ordered a stuffed garlic crust pizza with extra cheese. I ordered for carry out thinking I would just come in and grab it for dinner since I received an email that it was ready. Apparently, with only 2 workers you have to wait 25 more minutes since they have to catch up with other others before giving you your food while it is dying under the heat lamps! Such horrible customer service and the food quality is even worse. I got home and discovered no garlic stuff crust with extra cheese, it was regular crust! Also, they refused to give me my money back so I will not be coming here again. Guess I will have to let corporate deal with this. Do yourself a favor and skip...

Terrible customer service! I placed a large order and told my order will take 30-45 mins. An hour passed by so I called and said my order was a minute away. Well 15 more minutes passed and nothing so I called and spoke to Crystal the manager. She said it was delivered 15 mins ago which left me in shock because I waited in the house by front door expecting the pizza to come. I opened the door and it was left on a chair near front door! The driver didn’t knock or ring the door bell. No one even called. I told her that was not ok because now the food is cold. Crystal was unprofessional and didn’t offer to discount or apologize. She just informed me she had customers in lobby waiting to order. I will not be ordering from this place again due to poor customer service and...

I've got a few issues with this place. 1. The employees are kind of air heads. I ordered carry out and walked to pick up my pizza. The girl at the front had me waiting way longer than I should have because she was too busy playing with her child in the back (yes, you read that right). When I walked back to my hotel from there I realized they got my order wrong. When I walked in the door the same female I mentioned earlier greeted me as if I was a new customer. She doesn't remember me being in there 10 mins earlier. I got back to my hotel again and realized they forgot my dipping sauces also. Just writing this review is giving me a headache again just thinking about it. I'm probably not going to order...
