Just was served the nastiest wet and greasy tacos I’ve ever had from Taco Bell. Stuck my hand in the bag and everything was soaking wet. Had to turn around and drive 10 minutes back to the location for replacements. To make matters worse, the Taco Bell Employee I spoke with met me with a nasty condescending attitude to match the disgusting excuse for $2 tacos they served. Horrible. Your employees should be willing to serve people edible food and be slightly more gracious if an order is botched. Why would you serve sopping wet tacos to a customer? Is there not even a modicum of quality control? Employee acted like she was doing me a favor replacing them. The original tacos seemed like they had been dipped in camel spit. I wouldn’t be surprised if someone actually spit in them. Threw the replaced order in the garbage when I got home. I won’t be coming back.

I find it interesting that fast food establishments have all gone up on prices yet the quality of service remains sub par. On this particular occasion I had a taste for tacos, chaluoa, combination burrito, veggie pizza and a meatless cheese nachos. Of courts, my order was for a family of three. When ordering, I repeated each item twice and asked the cashier to repeat the order prior to payment.Uupon getting home I realized I was missing the tacos and combination burrito!
I called the store and explained the missing items from my order. The assistant manager offered to remake my missing items or provide a refund. I accepted the refund. This is not the first incudent of poor service with this location.

Read moreEdit: Check your order before you leave! It makes me sad to say this, but the last two times I've been here they've messed up my order. Last time they just forgot to put the nacho cheese in the bag. This time, I ordered something grilled and they didn't, and I substituted a sauce and it wasn't what I ordered. I know the screen at the drive thru was accurate. I understand that customisations make things more complicated, but I've never had problems with it until recently.
I went through the drive thru so I can't comment on the inside, but they got my order 100% right and it was ready before I even finished paying. I also customized the shredded chicken burrito to have the regular grilled chicken and grilled the outside of the burrito and so many other Taco Bells get it wrong but they did it just like I asked...
