The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf — Restaurant in Redlands

Me and my family are almost daily clients here. Today I went to get our drinks and when I entered the cashier was so mad so she was so rude with me. I understood they were so busy and they need more help (just her and another girl was working ) but it’s not my fault. So it was ok, I made my order. They had mistakes on it and I told them two times so she was upset and just let me there for like 40 min just waiting and looking how they were attending the all other people but no me. I asked for my money back but one of them said “wait” , at that time there were a looong line, so they were more stressed. Suddenly appeared I think the manager so I though she gonna say sorry for the inconvenience but no, the rude girl started talking with her about me and she was still angry . So the manager or who she was, called me and asked to me for my order so I told her but I asked for my money back again. I let her know I was there for a long time and she said “we are so busy” no sorry or nothing , just she gave me my money back and that’s all. At least They could comunícate with me and let me know that I was going to be the last and then I didn’t waste my time. We are there at least 3 or 4 days for 3 or 4 drinks and sandwiches and I was treated like that, too bad. I’m Hispanic yeah with accent too but I deserve respect like me and my family always respect...

Visited this store for a quick refreshing tea. Asked the GM several times whether the peach jasmine tea contained syrups or added sugar and she very rudely repeated “it’s peach puree” every time I asked her to specify. Never once answering my question and speaking in a very condescending tone. I said one last time, “so is it just pureed peaches no syrups?”, to which she again replied with dramatic hand gestures “it’s peach puree”, so I decided to try it. Of course after her poor attitude she still asked for a tip. As soon as I took a sip of the drink it was obvious there was syrup or added sugar in the beverage. I checked the PDF nutrition menu and there are in fact 18g of added sugar in a 12oz tea. Disappointed in this store’s GM selection and her poor attitude and customer service as well as lack of knowledge about her store’s menu. $5 wasted and could have been detrimental for a diabetic person. Called the store on the road to let them know about the mishap and request a refund. They demanded we come back for a refund, refusing to resolve the issue over the phone. My review is not really of my drink but instead of the service. I came in this past sunday and ordered a peach cobbler tea. The barista making the drink only charged 5.95 and gave me a extra large. Fast forward to today it was an asian cashier and another barista black hair. I told the cashier i wanted a extra large peach cobbler. She told me its no such thing. I explained to her i had just got it a few days ago. The barista showed her how to ring it up but then the asian lady over rang all these charges and it came up to 18 for 2 drinks. She was about to keep adding charges until i told her i didnt want it any longer bc i didnt pay that much a few days ago. So the barista was making my drinks and another thing that was mind blowing and disrespectful to me was the asian lady when asking for the baristas help was calling her "girl" instead of by her name. Im positive her mother gave her a name and its not "girl". Also i ordered 2 larges and both cups were only half filled. This was the worst experience ive had coming to this location bc the other baristas...
