My MIL and I took my brother-in-law here for his birthday last night. The place was busy, but there was a lot of staff and people seemed to get their food quickly. We were seated immediately. Our waiter did not come to our table for 25 minutes. He asked for our drink order and brought us waters. We ordered drinks and an appetizer. The alcoholic drinks got there in about 15 minutes. The root beer did not get there for another 30 minutes when he finally came to take our order. Our appetizer never arrived. It arrived 45 minutes after our entree order. After finally ordering our entrees, the food did not come out for an hour and a half. Mind you, the waiter never checked in a single time through this whole thing. We debated leaving, but were sure the food would come at any second. Right? No. I ordered a steak, medium rare. It did not come that way. I received stale bread, hard asparagus, and overcooked steak. We were starving and were afraid to send it back due to how long we had already been there. He never refilled our drinks. In fact, all of the ice in our drinks melted and we drank that because we had no drinks. We had completely empty cups for hours. He never asked if everything was okay. Our waiter stopped at our table 3 times throughout our three hour visit. Nobody else stopped, either. Other tables were seated, had their drinks and food, and left before we even received one of the first things we ordered. Considering this was a birthday dinner, I was very upset. I get that it may get busy or you may forget to put an order in, but communication goes such a long way. Don’t only show up to introduce yourself, take our order, and give us a check. Let us know if it’s going to be long or if something has happened. Don’t ignore us and run around our table when we look at you and are starting to ask. The only person who apologized was a food runner who ran me my plate which came out maybe 10 minutes after the meals of my family. I was expecting to love this place, but I was very disappointed. I don’t imagine I will be returning or recommending this place to anyone. Don’t waste your time or money. Poor service, too long of a wait, and...
Read moreGood food friendly services . Portion sizes are good for the money. UPDATE On 12/29/23, my husband and I took my daughter and her kids to Septembers in Redlands for her birthday. The waitress was very attentive. We started off with an appetizer, Nachos, with our choice of meat. When my huband got a serving of the Nachos, he found a long piece of clear plastic paper in it. The manager was informed, and we were able to choose something else at no charge. By that time, our entrees started to arrive. When my granddaughter picked up her sandwich, she found plastic under her sandwich that's normally found on the bread wrapper to close after opening. The manager was very shocked and surprised that this happened at our table a second time. She apologized and offered to prepare our food herself. We were just afraid to eat any of the food coming out of the kitchen, especially not being able to see who and how our food was being prepared, and we refused her offer. It was as if a disgruntled employee was sending us a message that we weren't welcome there. As I looked around the restaurant, I didn't see anyone who looked like us. That was an eye-opening experience. We decided that it was best for us to leave. I was traumatized by that experience and will never go back. Be careful eating there. You never know what is mixed...
Read moreMy family has been here twice. First time the server wasn't particularly friendly but I didn't mind too much. They were very busy. I get it. I Can't remember what my husband ordered but he was decently happy with it. He got tater tots with it. They were alright but they probably only gave him about 10 tots. I got the bang bang chicken. It was ok. Just panko breaded chicken tenders with dipping sauce. Overall not really impressed but for some reason we decided to go back and give it another chance. The server was nicer this time. The food however, was terrible. We got a Prime rib dip that had absolutely zero flavor. I mean none. No amount of salt could help. My daughter had the kids mac and cheese and it was absolutely disgusting. The noodles were complete mush to the point where we were questioning if there were even noodles in there at all. The only decent thing we got were the pot stickers. They were decent but they tasted like they could just be the same pot stickers you can buy frozen at the store with some home made dipping sauces. The atmosphere is like a big open floor plan, loud music and T.V.s playing sports all around the bar. So if you like sports and getting drunk this may be a good place to go since anything tastes pretty good when...
