"You get what you pay for" is the saying, but with them you get less than you're paying for - apathetic employees with no personality are barely able to answer questions, and often give inaccurate or erroneous information about products or what's in stock. Better check your packaged products before you have them delivered or pick them up to ensure all the parts/hardware are included since most are manufactured overseas and quality control is pretty bad - each of my packages were missing items. This location answers the phone most of the time, but the E St. location in SanBernardino rarely does and you simply get a automated message saying 'memory is full'. Sure, most of the prices are rock bottom, but you can basically get the same prices with much better customer service and some sense of professionalism at Bulkea - they actually have a website showing their inventory and a dedicated customer service department. Went back to the store to by it about an hour later and the price had increased by $60. They were rude and could care less about customer service.
