Shake Shack Redlands is the closest location to my workplace, and I was excited to hear that their fan-favorite Dubai Chocolate Pistachio Shake is back nationwide starting June 24, 2025. I’ve been on the hunt for good Dubai Chocolate treats for a while now. Previously, I tried the Dubai Chocolate Strawberries and Dubai Chocolate Bar at Sea of Sweet in Rancho Cucamonga, but those left me disappointed - overpriced and not worth the hype.

So, when I found out that Shake Shack was bringing back the Dubai Chocolate Pistachio Shake for a limited time, I was eager to give it a try. I called Shake Shack Redlands to confirm, and they let me know that yes, it’s available - but in limited daily quantities and only for in-person purchases via kiosk or register due to its premium ingredients.

I headed there right away and ordered through the kiosk. The location was colorful, nicely decorated, moderately clean, and had a peaceful vibe. After about a 10-minute wait, I finally got my hands on the shake - and it exceeded expectations!

Inspired by the viral Dubai Chocolate Bar, this shake features real Pistachio Frozen Custard, blended with toasted Kataifi shredded Phyllo, coated in a crackable Dark Chocolate shell, and topped with chopped Pistachios and crunchy Kataifi. It was rich, unique, and absolutely the best Dubai Chocolate item I’ve tried so far - and at $10.86 (including TAX), reasonably priced for what you get.

Kudos to Shake Shack for bringing this gem back to menus nationwide. If you're a fan of Dubai Chocolate flavors, don’t wait - head to your nearest Shake Shack and try it...

Shake Shack is a great spot if you’re craving a higher quality fast casual burger. While not the cheapest option, it consistently delivers on flavor, presentation, and vibe.

I recently went with a friend from work, and we both had a great experience. The food was fresh and delicious as always, but what really stood out was the outstanding service from one of the associates, Mia. From the moment we walked in, she was incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional. She greeted us with a warm smile, took care of our needs since we ordered through the mobile app,

She made sure our orders were taken care of quickly and accurately. Throughout our visit, she even checked in to see if everything was good and genuinely made us feel welcome, something you don’t always find at a fast casual restaurant. As we were catching up on the times, she came by to refill our drinks which was very nice gesture, always smiling as she was willing to help out to our needs if any.

It’s clear that Shake Shack values not only great food but also great people, and Mia is a perfect example of that. Her service turned a good meal into a really memorable experience.

The food here is amazing, the staff are incredible, and the interior is cozy.

I visited on Friday, December 14, 2024, at 3:30 PM with some friends. When we arrived, I placed my order at the kiosk and joined my friends at a table. The food was served in just 10-15 minutes by a very kind staff member.

I ordered 1 Black Truffle Burger, 1 Shack Stack, 1 Chicken Shack, 1 Regular Fry, and 1 Creamsicle Float. Every item was cooked and prepared perfectly. The burgers here are outstanding—the patties are packed with flavor and cooked just right. The Creamsicle Float was also delicious and refreshing.

The service was just as impressive as the food. Two employees came by at different times to politely ask if my friend wanted a drink refill, and after we finished eating, another staff member offered to take our trash and wrappers for us. Their courtesy and attention to detail made our visit even better.

I don’t normally write reviews, but I really wanted to share my great experience here since they just opened. The food was absolutely delicious, and the staff were so kind and thoughtful. I’ll definitely be coming back often and am so excited to have a Shake Shack in Redlands. Thank you for...
