The crispy garlic chicken was by far THE BEST crispy chicken I have ever eaten in my entire life. It was hot, super crispy, and fresh. Not soggy at all whatsoever. There were no gross fatty or burnt bits either, it seems to be pure lean chicken breast meat. The homemade garlic honey sauce was perfect, and the basil leaves added another level of crispiness. While I don’t typically enjoy plain white rice, there was enough honey garlic sauce in the tray for the rice to soak up. The only issue was that it didn’t come with the red peppers it said it would on the menu, however, this food was too perfect for me to even care about the absence of the peppers.

No, does not compare to Thailandia in the least. Tofu in Tom Kha was spongy, Pad Thai an acidic bomb of soy sauce over soggy noodles. First is not always best. Generous portions though. Edit 7/2021: portions no longer generous. Ordered chicken Thai basil (photo). Plate was more than half white rice, and chicken was like tough stew meat, finely chopped, poor textures all around. No basil flavor! A slice of raw tomato and cucumber lay pointlessly atop this under-caloried mass of mediocrity. Not Thai food. Never again.

Been going to both food trucks ( tumalo and by costco ) since they rolled them in but not anymore . Thai food is suppose to a bountiful flavor palate with looks combined but they have derailed lately and its just cafeteria food now . My thai basil chicken was bland as all can be complete with translucent bell peppers ( if you could find them ) and basil ???? If they call adding a single sprig of un chopped basil , basil chicken ?!? Bummer .

This started as a 1 star review updated to 5 for the Redmond location. I do order frequently from here. I really enjoy their food. Good portion sizes for a reasonable price with high quality. Usually. Below is what’s left of my reasoning for the 1 star I initially gave. I’m keeping it so ownership can see and hopefully DO SOMETHING about it.

I will say, this is one of my favorite places to eat- and I do so often. Today, they get a 1 star. My hope is they get better staff to prevent it again.

I’ve been consistently ordering a chicken pad Thai. I don’t know what the “chef” was smoking today, but my noodles are all burned and clumped together on the bottom. And there’s no sign of chicken in my chicken pad Thai! How did this happen?..

Additionally, I was given a portion roughly 2/3 the size of all others I’ve received up to this point. The container is two sections, and they filled one. I’ve never received a split container from them! I took it back and asked where the rest of my order was. The girl said they weigh the noodles out, so it should be the same. (Mhmm, I can feel it’s lighter than any order I’ve had.) I asked for even a partial refund, and she only gave an apology.

Thankfully, when I went back a second time because I found the scorched noodles, the guy said I should get a refund after they check with the manager. No timeframe expressed.

It makes me sad to have this one star here. Like I said- it’s my favorite place to eat. But hopefully with better staff to correctly prepare the food, I (and others) will avoid experiences like this in the future.

5 star review to follow. Just exceedingly disappointed and frustrated.

EDIT: I just scrolled through the reviews. Take a hint, owners! Your current staff is killing your business. Tons of 5 star reviews for a long time. Then, about a year ago. Mostly 1-2 stars with a few high ratings sprinkled in. We are here for your delicious food, and want to support your business. Make it right and we’ll not only stay, but bring even...

Middle of the road as far as Thai food is concerned. Middle to low in comparison to the food truck scene around Bend. I might be a little more generous if their tipping policy wasn't so egregious. Offering choices of 18%, 25%, 30% (could be 18/22/25), is greedy. I love supporting businesses but tell me why your mediocre pad Thai that I come to you to order & pick up deserves that kind of a tip. Try 10/15/20 and give people the option to be charitable instead of forcing the issue. Or raise your prices if you're not paying people enough. Yes, I understand that I can hit "other" & manually enter an amount. But when there's a line behind you watching, some attendant staring at you, and 3 kids running a mock, there's definitely a pressure to get...

Two reviews for the price of one! 4 stars for the first time I tried it. I got a yellow curry chicken that was quite good. I know my Thai food, and it held up nicely against the competition. Second time, not good. 0 stars. I ordered the basil chicken. Lo and behold ( in that order), it was some sort of shrimp concoction. Not what I ordered, obviously, so I returned it, explaining the problem, which was promptly taken care of. Back to my table for another try! I opened the container, and surveyed the contents. It didn't look inspiring, but it made up for it by being terrible. Not poisonous, just lousy. Unseasoned, utterly bland. It was hot, though. I don't think I can summon the gumption to give these guys another try. Maybe in a...
