I was asked after showing up out of nowhere while having a drink and waiting to sing a karaoke song if I had been to the bathroom, because someone smoked fentanyl in there because I was new and out of town and unknown. I was super offended to even be approached as a paying customer in this accusatory manner. What an absolutely awful establishment that new customer/tourists get treated this way. I am from out of town and staying with my family at the Eagle Crest Resort. I'm a widow to a husband I had met and been with for 12 years who sadly overdosed on fentanyl and it triggered me and made me upset and feel judged and wanted to leave. This blond bartender, Katie I think, looks 50+ something, just tried to one up me by not apologizing but by saying that she has a son who just 'smokes' fentanyl so it was ok for her to treat me, a customer, like that. What a crazy place to walk into. I left in tears. No apology from her. Don't go here if you want to be treated like a human. I have a masters degree and teach sped, just because I don't look like it, doesn't mean I need to get...
Read moreNice place, they do karaoke and play great music. Decided to tempt lady luck and put $20 into the lottery machine. I was feeling lucky and I was, turned $20 into $153. Not usually lucky like that, boy was it fun. The only thing that would make it a great place is, bartenders that were available when you went up to the counter to order. First Tuesday and Wednesday night Karoake the blonde bartender was more interested in socializing than in taking orders. It took forever for her to take my order then forever for her to give it to me because she was to busy talking. Then when I won on Lottery she counts out my money and tries to gives my money to the man at the end of the counter that she has been talking to the whole time instead of paying attention to what she is doing. Now here I am the following week on Tuesday and the male bartender was busy walking around delivering drinks or jello shots. If there wasn't cameras this bar would be robbed blind. Hoping that the service will improve . I don't really know how they make money when there is always a bunch of people waiting...
Read moreSadly I gave this bar a 2 rate. It was debatable for me on this. There are a couple lady bartenders whom I LOVE THERE and of coarse love Tracy at the door! First bar I was able to play beer pong at which is awesome! Sadly, I got turned away because I watched a bartender in the bathroom come out of the stall after being in there awhile, walk out and not wash her hands… maybe she washed them when she went back to the bar? But who would actually know? Not me that’s for sure. Professional, maybe washing your hands in the bathroom and then back at the bar when you get there would be highly recommended. But that’s just me. After I finished up I went to the bar to have a drink or food and got asked if I would like a drink made by the person with the unwashed hands. Lol. I then proceeded nicely to say “I might just go check out another bar..” and left. Lol. :( also, one of the security guards makes me and my friend feel uncomfortable while there and I thought security were suppose to make you feel safer? But idk...
