Bogey's Burgers (Redmond) — Restaurant in Redmond

Had a horrible experience here !! Before I rant let it be known the burgers were very thin, My family ordered burgers and one of them to come with waffle fries. They gave us an extra order on top of it which was a salad. I went back to get a drink and told them what they did. They then said I needed to bring it in . They asked if I wanted to pay extra for it. I said please keep it. I felt like had stole the thing lol. They make a mistake and mess up my orders then treat me bad for it. Anyhow we took off to the park to eat our burgers to find these horrible looking fries and next to nothing of meat under all the toppings. Also for being thin my husband's didn't look fully cooked. We called to tell them one of our burgers were wrong and also they hadn't given us waffle fries. She told me to bring back half my fries and burger. I turned to my kiddos and husband told them to stop eating and we returned everything and insisted on getting my fifty plus dollars back. I'm writing this review agiain it's been about a month since going . I wish I could remember the rest that happened . This place started out nice with. Young girls running around smiling etc to a bunch of rude little girls with absolutely no customer service skills. The young manager should be ashamed...

It isn't the best burgers, but it is pretty good. Service was better than I expected. The staff was pleasant , helpful and attentive. There isn't a huge loaded menu of various burgers. There are 4 burgers and you can improve them with a menu of free upgrades. Pretty neat in my book. If you want some burgers with guacamole, sizzling children fingers, or pink slim nuggets . This place isn't it . They have bottled beer and ask you if you want a frosted mug in which to enjoy your beverage from. My friends say the waffle fries, sweet potato fries and the onion rings are pretty good. I like the fact that the burger bun is not a huge fluffy perfect almost McPuke styled bun. Here's the thing about Bogey's that changes everything: you have to know what you like, and then shove that to the side and try something different. Pineapple on a burger with jalapeno and Pepper Jack cheese never sounded like a good combo before I had it, but obviously I had never had one from Bogey's before. I have always been a Carl's Jr fan, but for the price of a Six Dollar burger that looks good but disappoints every time I go I can get a juicy, hot, incredible meal that tastes exactly like I expect it to. Try something different, but I will recommend going at lunch, not dinner, and get the waffle fries. They have one of the most attentive, patient crews that I have ever met as...
