My mom wanted to grab a quick bite to eat and we love McDonald's, and decided to go through the drive through. When we got to the window to pay, the young lady seemed upset because we asked for an extra burger to add to our order. A female manager quickly stepped in and had a rude tone to her voice, she rudely replied "it will be an EXTRA 6.65 and on top of that! You're going to have to wait an extra 5 minutes!" We politely gave her our payment and just looked at each other like, ok? We then had the same female manager come give us our food, (we parked and waited) and she still had that rude tone to her voice and said here's your food! As well as an annoyed expression on her face. My mom then looked in the bag and politely said we also ordered fries, her response was MA'AM That's WHAT THIS SECOND BAG IS FOR! She rudely handed over the second bag and walked away. We had been under the assumption that the second bag was for the car next to us. The only good thing was we did get all of our food and received it fairly quickly despite it being busy. I just really feel that if you work in hospitality, be hospitable! We go there pretty often and haven't ever had a rude encounter like that. It seemed as though she was mad because we added to our order at the last minute, but by no means were rude in any way. Read moreBy far the worst McDonald’s I’ve had. We order every week. And without fail, every single time, get a messed up order. And I don’t mean like “oh they forgot the sauce.” Even though that also happens. Tonight, both meals came without French fries. Happy Meal apple slices (this happens basically every time). My large lemonade is…I’m not sure - maybe water + a ghost of lemon peel haha no but really, it’s BAD. How they see the TRANSPARENT cup filled with nasty whatever and not stop it before it goes out is just beyond me. The food we did get was so stale and inedible. The best part, though, is the pies. Got the wrong kind. But also, I ordered at 4:40pm. The sticker on the pie says to please enjoy by today at 3:53. Errr…and my other pie says it expires next Monday. Hm. Okay. The fact that this happens over and over again is what really gets me. And they use doordash to deliver so you have to call doordash; McDonald’s “can’t help.” So not only do you not have your meal and have to figure out something else, but then get to spend forever on the line with doordash to get a refund.
