Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Redondo Beach

Approximately a week ago, we went to the restaurant and ordered pizza and told the manager himself that we want our order to be completely free of any type of meat and/or meat contact. When we got home, we ate the pizza and in one of the pizzas, that was a thin garden pizza, we found a few pieces of meat. My family has strict diet restrictions and we have to eat vegetarian. We took the pizza back to the restaurant and they apologized and offered us a free pizza for next time. Today, we ordered from the exact same Papa Johns branch and told the person who was taking our order about what happened with my previous order. However, while my daughter was eating her pizza she found a little piece of meat! The pizza we ordered is supposed to be vegetarian and it was the Pan veggie pizza to be exact. We took it back to the restaurant and showed it to them and to the manager and told them that we would never order from this Papa Johns again. Another problem that happened with me today was that when I made my order, I told them that I would like to have my free pizza that was supposed to be as a compensation to the issue that happened in the last order, and when I went there to pick my order up, they forgot to make that pizza. And last thing that stood out to me when I went to Papa Johns to pick my order up, I saw the workers making pizza with no gloves on. They were making it with their hands and no gloves on! That honestly made me feel disgusted. P.S. : they have told us before that they have separate tools used for vegetarian orders as well as that they automatically change gloves when we ask them to make our order completely vegetarian and out of meat contact. Well obviously I don’t know how to believe that. No trust in this branch whatsoever again! Very...

This place is just mid. The 1 topping carryout deals are the only ones worth getting, but even then the pizza quality of this chain is below that of pretty much everywhere else except for Little Ceasers; not exactly a high bar to clear.

I do want to make note of the first two times I came to this location in particular. They forgot the pepperoncinis and garlic dip both times I came in, which are supposed to come free with each pizza. This might have been a coincidence that it happened twice in a row, but it could also be a lack of quality control; they even forgot an extra dip I paid for on one of...

The Shaqaroni pizza was ordered...personally I feeling overrated! It just blah, I nor my husband saw any difference from a regular pepperoni pizza honestly. But, on the upside, the delivery man was friendly and very courteous. The other plus was the brownies. Now those right there were DELICssshhhhh😋😊🤗. I was very happy that they were soft and hot, like freshly made that day. I can't tell you the amount of time my family and I have ordered brownies, and they are either cold or hard🤨😐😑.
