Kirari West Bake Shop — Restaurant in Redondo Beach

Rare hidden gem! Found this Gluten Free bakery on Google that was "Top Rated" It's absolutely true!

Upon entering we were greeted by super hospitable staff.

The restaurant is clean and well decorated. Very tranquil. They have outdoor seating as well as indoor seating.

They have lots of incredibly yummy food options on their menu up on the wall. There are savory options such as sandwiches, and paninis. All their ingredients are fresh and healthy.

As for sweets, they have two large refrigerated glass display cases. Unfortunately, many items were sold out by the time we arrived 40 min before they closed. Luckily, there were lots of remaining delicious options to choose from.

They also have a large drink selection. Including different varieties of tea and coffee. Hot and cold.

We ordered the Turkey Pesto and Turmeric Chicken paninis. Both were very flavorful. Portions are good. Prices are reasonable considering the quality.

We also got the Strawberry cheesecake. It was good but the texture was a bit grainy.

Overall, it's a great cafe that I'm sure to visit...

I really love this bakery. However, due to the recent extreme price hikes for their food, I can no longer recommend it. Fine for a beverage or snack, But paying $16 for a small sandwich with no side that a few years ago was $10.95 is egregious. In addition, if you go there any day after one o'clock, they are probably out of most of their baked products as they've reduced the amount that they bake every day. I used to routinely buy their almond croissant or their chocolate croissant to share with friends. I do not tell them it's gluten free. It's always a hit and after being asked where I bought the items I share it's from Kiari West and that it's gluten free. Love their iced matcha green tea lattes and their coffees and other teas which are organic. They are only open 7:00 to 4:00 or 8:00 to 4:00...

The Cinnamon Custard Brioche has a moist spongy consistency. The cinnamon custard is tasty and really compliments the brioche.

The Blueberry Scone doesn't have a normal scone texture; it's more like a dense drier muffin. The blueberries are plentiful and good. The sweetness of this scone is comparable to a regular one and this is my favorite of the three.

The Vegan Brownie with Raspberry's texture is fudgy and starts off smooth but finishes with a slight graininess. It has delightful chocolatey flavor but, at times, it seems to compete with the prominent raspberry flavor.

I just started eating gluten-free so my taste buds are still tainted by the original versions but I believe all three of these were worth my money! I would...
