To the management… Thank you so much for responding to my one star rating. There are, however, a few things that need to be shared. For a family like mine (2 people), it is extremely difficult to afford to be able to go out and eat. On average, it’s $100 for two people to sit down and eat one basic meal with one drink ( non-alcoholic) and enjoy a slice of cheesecake, which was the primary reason for the journey . If you factor in the additional cost of travel, for myself almost 45 minutes, gas prices, and then paying to park. Keep in mind, One also wants to leave something for the high-quality of service provided, but the quandary is …..why am I paying more than 10% in a tip for food that basically sucked? Our minimal expectation is that the meal is good and you leave with a smile and a full stomach . This was The reason we selected the cheesecake factory to celebrate a special treat for my Valentine’s Day. It’s one thing to know that you’re purchasing two slices of cheesecake for almost $30 with tax and a tip and the slices are half as large as it used to be. It’s a whole Nother thing to pay for a dinner meal and receive a portion that appeared to be lunch with skimpy and scant fish that looked like Half of the order was fish sticks . You know what you’re doing and you shouldn’t have to talk to anybody about anything-for God sakes…. it’s the cheesecake factory! I’ve been eating there over 20 years and I must admit I have not really had any disappointing meals such as this ….but I stick to the traditional ones- this time, I varied to try something different and as a result, it was totally unacceptable . Please keep in consideration , when you talk to your organizational leaders to know that your business will not sustain the high volume of patronage if the portions keep getting smaller as the prices simultaneously climb-many of us really just can’t afford it anymore and so we save the savored times for special occasions like Valentine’s Day. Alcohol and dessert aside, you still are expecting a good meal and a portion that’s the size cheesecake factory is traditionally known for. I’m not sure if my order got mixed up because what I ordered is also on the lunch menu but I paid for a dinner and I feel like I got a skinny lunch. We will pay for a dinner meal, if a dinner meal is what we’re going to get, but to serve some chopped up fries and some fish sticks and call it fish and chips… You be the judge - we only want what’s...
Read moreI’ve had three bad experiences at this location, and each one was worse than the last.
The first was lunch on May 31. I ordered the Korean Fried Chicken and asked for it to be extra crispy and juicy. My server, Wendy, refused to pass the request to the kitchen, saying they don’t accommodate customer preferences. That’s just lazy service.
Then on my birthday in August, I ordered a filet mignon medium rare. It came out well done.
Most recently, on October 3, I ordered Steak Frites medium rare. Yet again, it came out well done. When I asked the receptionist to speak with a manager, she just pointed across the room and didn’t even notify him, I had to walk over myself. When I explained the issue, the manager asked me to cut the steak to prove it was overcooked, which felt insulting. They charged me $63 for the dish, even though it’s listed at $31.95, and claimed the price was “adjusted” to make up for the overcooked steak. But it was clearly just a mischarge, there was no real discount.
We ordered four dishes and paid nearly $200, but the Buffalo wings were dry and the sauce was overwhelmingly tangy. The steak was supposed to be medium rare, but it was well done. Again. The chef at this location should seriously consider going back to culinary school. If you can’t cook a steak medium rare and can’t make fried chicken that’s crispy outside and juicy inside, you’re not ready for a professional kitchen. You can literally learn how to do both on YouTube.
The staff here don’t care, the service is weak, and the food is consistently below standard. If you want great food and respectful service, just go to the Beverly Hills location. They consistently get it right and treat their...
Read moreI hadn’t been to this restaurant in years, and based on my experience I wish it would’ve been longer. A family member on my husbands side was visiting from out of the country so we made the unfortunate decision to eat here. Wait time wasn’t terrible about 30-ish minutes, We were seated at around 1:30pm on 10/5/2025 but I didn’t get to eat until 3:30pm. I ordered the Jambalaya without any chicken since Im currently pregnant at the moment I can’t really stand chicken, when I received my food it had both chicken and shrimp so I had to send it back and it took about 30 minutes for my food to come back out only for it to taste like a pasta water soup dish of how much pasta water they added to the dish, I couldn’t eat it so I sent it back and ordered the Rigatoni with Vodka sauce instead which of course took another 30-ish minutes to arrive, I ordered a side of mashed potatoes but I had to send it back because for starters it took SO long to arrive and also it had a ridiculous amount of pepper and that’s all I could taste. I also ordered a Mocktail at around 2:15 and it didn’t come out until about 3:30.
My husband ordered his rigatoni without basil or any garnish and of course they brought it as is so my husband had to send his plate back as well. It was such a disaster I was VERY disappointed and upset, service wasn’t attentive either, we didn’t have water for long periods of time so we had to call him over on multiple occasions, I was surprised to realize that even the water took long to come. We weren’t a big party either, about 7 and 2 were kids. I highly doubt I’ll be going to any Cheesecake Factory location any time soon or if I’m lucky, EVER. I do not recommend...
