Harvest Furniture — Local services in Redwood City

I have been dealing with Michelle Camorlinga: Store Manager of Harvest in Redwood City since September of 2018. Michelle helped us design/build and order a custom built sofa sectional.

She has been marvelous to work with. She is kind, patient, knowledgeable, and caring in her dealings with us. The sofa sectional was delivered in January of 2019, and is simply beautiful.

Throughout of time owning the sofa sectional Michelle has returned cushions that needed more duck down filling. She has always taken this responsibility with a smile and a YES. No additional charges to us

February of 2021, I contacted Michelle and informed her that there was a problem with the cushions needing more fill and part of the chaise needed to be repaired. Without hesitation she answered YES and contacted a trucking company to pick up the aforementioned items sending them back to the manufacturer.

The trucking company arrived a few days later and picked up the items for delivery to the Los Angeles area.

Yesterday the trucking returned the pieces, reinstalled everything with a white glove delivery. Wow! Furthermore no additional charges afforded us!

If you are looking for a sofa sectional, home decor, items that are different and unique, PLEASE DO NOT HESITATE VISITING HARVEST FURNITURE.

I purchased a $7400 custom sectional from them after a couple friends purchased couches from them years ago that have held up very well.

Something must have changed. I received the couch and one of the cushions was significantly softer and less firm the rest. They did their best to rectify the situation which I appreciate...

However in this process I ended up taking the bad cushion and a "good" cushion as a reference to an upholster to see if I could get just get it fixed fast. From that professional I learned that the material used in their products is a very poor grade and definitely nowhere near the high end price they're asking. I would have been better off buying a significantly cheaper couch at Ashley Furniture. And I'm not saying this hyperbolically, the quality of stuff inside is very poor!

If you think you're paying a premium for quality.. you're not. If you're looking for something that will last and are willing to pay for it walk...

After months looking for the right sofa we finally found Harvest in Redwood City. What a great store with amazing items for the home! The staff was extremely helpful, not at all pushy just supportive.
