Check the type of warranty on offer before you hand over any cash in this shop. I bought a 60$ airbed that I kept in the box for 1 week. First night I use it, it loses half the air. So this airbed comes with a manufacturers warranty which offers 1 year replacement - but at the customers shipping cost both ways and out of state. Obviously the cost of using this warranty equals the value of a new airbed so I decided to take it back to Redwood trading Post and see of they were susceptible to common sense.They refused to exchange it, citing the manufacturers warranty. However, they did acknowledge that this warranty is useless due to the high postage costs. So don't expect these guys to look out for you when products are faulty.You can go in there, buy a faulty product and there is nothing you can do about it - well except pay 50$+ to get it fixed. They're not that cheap so I'd rather take my chances with...

I stopped By here after work just to check the place out. One of my coworkers told me that it was worth doing so. I was quickly greeted by 2 friendly faces when I walked through the door, I was approached by 1 asking if there was anything I need to help finding, To which I responded I was just meandering around. Since it was my 1st time in the gentleman pointed me around the store to the different products in different areas to which I found to be pretty helpful. I wasn't necessarily looking to purchase anything today however when I was greeted by a 3rd friendly face asking if there was anything he could help with, I it was at that moment I decided that I was going to purchase a few things from here that weren't on my list. Had a really solid experience shopping for workwear here — especially the Carhartt Rugged Flex Relaxed Fit Duck Utility Work Pants (BN3279-M). They had the right size, fit, and color I needed, which was a relief since some places don’t stock much.

The staff were great — super down-to-earth and helpful. The manager knew his stuff, and the lady at the register made checkout smooth and simple.

What really stood out was their dedication. I came in during a blackout, and they still kept the doors open and made sure I found what I needed. That kind of commitment means a lot.
