One of a handful, but one of my new favorite steakhouses! Yummmmmuh!! Our amazing waitress started out by making us a mean dirty martini. I was initially interested in a dry rosé and our waitress pulled one out from the fridge that wasn’t on the menu, it was perf! I was super happy with the wine selection. Glad my hubs and I brought our appetites this night. We usually share a dish depending on serving sizes. We noticed everyone’s dishes around us were nothing short of full, well presented and portioned. First, we were offered complimentary focaccia bread, which is delightful. The dipping sauce is pretty interesting, it’s like a sweet ‘n’ sour Asian cuisine sauce that you would normally pair with a fantastic flakey egg roll. I preferred the natural taste of the bread, yum! As usual, my guy wanted the prime rib, I wanted the filet minion… until I saw the shrimp skewers!! The amazing waitress immediately came to our rescue and offered the surf and turf option (which I didn’t know or see as an option). We loved everything! We added the cob salad with ranch and the Potatoes Au Gratin….. oof!! Obsessed with every bite of everything!!! We absolutely LOVED the minimalist of the menu. There’s a little bit of everything you could possibly need in a steakhouse. The food screams amazingness! The interior is this beautiful, moody, modern-rustic vibe. This is a whole hearted 5 star experience, you MUST give it go!

Was looking for a steak place while in Reno and we found biggest little steakhouse!! Don’t be surprised when you walk in and you have to walk up to the counter to order your $28 8oz filet mignon … it was unusual but we went with it. They said they were trying a new concept. The ambience was great …they had an outdoor area but we chose to sit inside We ordered the 8 ounce filet and we ordered the $22 flank steak. we also ordered some Parmesan truffle fries which for the price was like an entrée ($14!!). We ordered the glazed brussels sprouts too! There were no sides included with the steak so that was disappointing We picked our table inside and upon seating they served complimentary bread with a really amazing dipping sauce. The steak was cooked perfectly however with all the sides we ordered we could’ve split the 8 ounce fillet easily I would not order the flank steak again but it was cooked perfectly still good … I had tasted the filet and wished I had that! The Parmesan truffle fries were to die for the brussels sprouts were OK but they had way too much garlic on them. They finished it off with a couple warm cookies on the house. The same company owns Incline Burgers so we might try that too. If back here again we would split the filet and get one side and it would be enough.

I don’t get it! Arrived here late on a Friday night. Wasn’t too busy and got seated quickly. Friendly service and a tiny menu. Then it was explained to us once we decided what we want to order, we must get up and go to the counter where we order and pay. Yes you pay and tip for a nearly $200 steak dinner before you even get served. Oh, I did mention you must order your dinner like you would at McDonalds. After ordering we sat down back at our table. All down hill from here. We each received our salads and steaks at different times. Then we were both done with our steaks before I received my shrimp, that was supposed to be with my steak. About those steaks, we both ordered fillets yet they were different sizes, which you don’t have an option of sizes to choose from. Temperatures on both steaks were way off, both overcooked. And to top it all off, you get a cookie for dessert, no other options 🤦🏻‍♂️. The only reason I gave 2 stars, I actually got my whole meal refunded without saying a word. They stated the kitchen was overwhelmed. I just don’t get this concept. How do you combine a high end steakhouse with McDonalds!? Definitely not returning and cannot recommend this restaurant!!

First and foremost, Id like to get the good stuff out of the way. The restaurant and staff were very clean, and I enjoyed the atmosphere of the building. For that they earned a star. Now, the bad: parking is very competitive and the alleyway you have to maneuver through coming off of Virginia street is tight. Granted, I cannot fault the restaurant staff or owners for this, but it is worth noting.

Food is overpriced for what you get. Quality of food is on par with chain steakhouses like Outback, but at more than double the price. We got the NY strip and Fillet with the butter herb sauce. The meat was fairly bland, and was only saved by the butter sauce. Sides are not included in the price of the steak and cost an extra $4 each, which puts the total cost of the cheapest steak meal with 2 sides at $44. Granted, its a 10oz steak, but its a mediocre steak with small sides. At Texas Roadhouse, you can get a 12oz NY strip with 2 sides included for $21.99. Now, I'd be willing to pay a higher price for a better steak, but there is not a significant enough jump in quality to justify the price increase.

Service was also lacking. The Biggest Little Steakhouse operates like a fast food joint, where you order at the cashier's desk or through your phone. Then when your order is ready, it is brought out to you. Normally, you wouldn't tip in a fast food restaurant because of how much self service you have to do. It is much the same here. This also makes it difficult to enjoy the close, intimate atmosphere, as your have to leave your company at the table to order if you don't want to go through the app.

Additionally, the POS (point of sales) system used for mobile ordering is unintuitive, and difficult to navigate due to its poor design and the shear amount of menu items that the app makes no effort to categorize for you. Just as an example, the submenu titles are lighter than the submenu items, which is the exact opposite of how a list should be organized, as it makes it very easy to skip over the section tiles, and end up in a completely different section of the menu than the one you intended to find. This is the exact opposite of what basic signage and UI principals teach, as the submenu titles are supposed to be bigger and higher contrast than the items in the submenu. If I were the Biggest Little Steakhouse, I would seriously consider redesigning the mobile menu because it actively detracts from the experience of dining in their restaurant.

Overall, while none of the issues I've stated are bad on their own, when combined in a restaurant that charges ~$50/ person, I cannot recommend the Biggest Little Steakhouse because the combined experience simply does not...

The food here is absolutely fantastic ,five stars all the way. Every detail is done right, from the butter melting over the steak to the perfectly prepared mushrooms and tender fillets. It’s the kind of meal that makes you forget everything else for a moment.

The first time we came in, the experience was unforgettable. There was a man playing guitar softly in the corner, the room was candlelit, and the whole atmosphere felt personal and worth every penny. On top of that, the wait staff guided you through the menu, describing specials, explaining how dishes were prepared, and painting a picture of each plate before it even hit the table. That level of service elevated the food to another level and made it the perfect place to bring out-of-towners to show off Reno’s hidden gem.

There really isn’t a bad waitstaff here. Everyone we’ve dealt with has been pleasant and professional. But Brian stands out as the exception to almost every rule in the restaurant industry. The way he describes the food can make your mouth water just listening to him, and he adds that personal touch that defines fine dining.

Unfortunately, the restaurant has shifted to a phone-based ordering model. You either order from your phone or go up to the counter, they hand you a number, and then someone drops off your food. It feels exactly like Carl’s Jr. , way to take it from classy to dubby in 30 seconds flat. No one describes the menu, no one shares the specials, no one explains how the steaks are cut, cooked, or plated. We understand this change may have started during COVID, but we’re out of that now and we’d love to see fine dining return here. By going this route, the restaurant has lost that attractive niche that once made it stand out.

That said, the food itself still earns five stars, and it’s worth planning for. Seating is limited, so get there early, make a reservation, and enjoy what will still be one of the best meals you’ll find anywhere. If they ever returned to their original model and put more Brians on the floor this would truly live up to the name of the Biggest...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Biggest Little Steakhouse, and I must say, it was a truly exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked through the doors, the impeccable service, cozy atmosphere, and unforgettable flavors left a lasting impression.

The service was simply outstanding. The staff welcomed me with warm smiles and genuine hospitality, instantly making me feel like a valued guest. They were attentive yet unobtrusive, ensuring that every detail was taken care of. The waitstaff's knowledge of the menu was impressive, as they expertly guided me through the options, offering insightful recommendations tailored to my preferences.

The interior featured tasteful decor, creating an ambiance that was both inviting and sophisticated but also providing a relaxed feel.

Now, let's talk about the star of the show – the food. Each dish showcased the mastery and skill of the talented chefs in the kitchen. The steaks were cooked to perfection, with a beautiful sear on the outside and juicy tenderness within. The flavors were sensational, with every bite bursting with rich, savory goodness. The Porkchop was cooked perfectly and was moist and not dry, the complimenting sauces in every dish was delectable.

What truly made this experience stand out was the commitment to consistently delivering outstanding flavors in every dish. The attention to detail and passion for culinary excellence was evident in each plate that arrived at my table. It was evident that the chefs took great pride in their creations, resulting in an unforgettable dining experience.

In conclusion, if you are seeking a culinary paradise where service, atmosphere, and flavor come together in perfect harmony, this steakhouse is a must-visit. From the moment you step inside, you will be transported to a world of culinary bliss. Impeccable service, a captivating atmosphere, and flawlessly cooked dishes will leave you with lasting memories. I wholeheartedly recommend the steakhouse to anyone looking for an extraordinary dining experience. Rating:...
