I stopped by The Chocolate Walrus during one of the busiest weeks of the year—Burning Man was in town—and I was on the hunt for an outfit for a pole competition. Despite the crowd, the staff went above and beyond to help me. They pulled what felt like every single item in the store for me to try on, offered thoughtful tips, and made the entire experience so fun and stress-free.
What stood out most was how genuinely welcoming they were—not just to me, but to all the burners shopping that day. It can be a hectic time for Reno, but the staff never lost their warmth, patience, or sense of humor. I left feeling excited and confident, and honestly, I can’t say enough good things about this team.

Manager extremely rude. Not rude aggressively. Just that blank vapid stare of complete unawareness. I understand though. The Netflix world makes customer service very very hard for these folks. It's OK. There are plenty of better places in the area.
