We must have come on a bad day. Here is what I see as I sit here. -Dirtiest restaurant I have seen since pre-covid times. Trash and food on floor, all over the counter near the register and the kitchen area. Very messy! -They "ran out" of chips. That is the only item on their side menu. It's like a McDonald's running out of fries. Cut some tortillas and make more chips for Pete's sake! (There are bags of chips in the far corner of the kitchen, btw) -They are breaking down the kitchen more than an hour before closing. Must be related to the chips... -I like al dente foods but not rice. It should never be served undercooked. Kind of like chewing on rocks. -No napkins in the store, even after asking for them. They only provide a fork when you ask. None to be found at the condiment bar. I think we should have gone to the Panda next door. I bet they even have napkins!
Update- Got a nice sincere sounding reply from corporate suggesting I post the comments on their feedback portal. Did that and the direct management of this location was supposed to respond... crickets. Guess I understand why the location was in such poor shape- The management is not concerned enough to get involved. And that's how a brand...
Read moreWent into Chipotle for the first time in a couple years and I have to admit, this place is awful!! I walk up to the counter and it starts with “we’re out of black beans, quac, and steak. On a Monday? Not a great way to start. I ordered a burrito with white rice, chicken and salsa…got it home and everything was cold - like almost frozen cold. Now I know they don’t have freezers so I’m thinking this food was cooked hours and hours ago! It was gross.
In addition, they were running a promotion for wearing an NHL jersey. When I asked the cashier, she stated she knew nothing about it. That’s fine, I wasn’t worried about it as I only ordered one burrito but she was pretty rude about it. And I also ordered a soda. She rang everything up and I held out my cash…she tells me to “hold on” and walks away to talk to another employee for two minutes then comes back as if nothing had happened. No “sorry about that” or anything. She hands me my change and begins to walk away. I ask her about my soda cup and she comes back, gets it and slams it on the counter. Again, not a word was said. Read moreNo sour cream for walk in customers. I went thru the line and had the employee make my bowl. I asked for sour cream and she informed me that they are out of sour cream. Ok, that's fine. Until I see sour cream on the station where they are making on line orders. I pointed out that there was sour cream and was informed that that was the last container they had and I would have to go on line and pay for a side of sour cream to get it. Manager needs to to learn how to order food for this location. They are always out of items. Another time we stopped by 3 days before we were planning a work meeting and were told that they couldn't accommodate an order for 10 people. Said we could take our chances and try ordering on line the day of. But they couldn't guarantee they would have everything we wanted to order.
