Wow panda! You've turnes things around! We love your new chef- whoever was cooking around 7:30pm 9/23, please give them a raise! I haven't had this wonderfully seasoned food for a while 💘💘💘 My complements to the chef! 4.25.2025 Update - 1 star So they changed their cook. And this cook is using the broccoli stems (which is kitchen trash, not supposed to be used in cooking) in Angus Beef Stir Fry?! $1.25 for me to eat hard- to-chew broccoli stems? Everything is under-seasoned today. Just as you think - well, Kungpao chicken, no way they can screw this one up... The chicken is cooked with low-medium heat and tastes like the eraser I found in the conner of my backpack from middle school. Do Better, Panda, We're Watching You. Disppointing quantity! I have never received so little food from Panda express! How can you run your business like this?? As a frequent customer we know your crew has changed - hence the reduced amount of food. Years ago I used to love Panda. But a couple months ago I went here, for the last time. I don't mean just this location, I mean I'll never go to any P.E. ever again. I ordered three entrees, all of which were all awful. One was burnt, one was undercooked, and the other was just nauseating. The rice was dry, and service was rushed, and after spending well over twenty bucks I ended up hungry since most the food went down the disposal. They didn't even give me the proper chili sauce I asked for. The only thing they seem to care about is pressuring you to "round up" your overpriced ticket for whatever charity. How about focusing on providing good quality food for your customers first?

Update 2 years later: I kept my promise, and have never gone back to this location, or in fact any Panda Express. I recommend getting your own rice cooker, and combining with Trader Joe's excellent frozen stir-fry options. Much better...

Everything about this Panda location is horrible. For starters, you will be waiting in the drive thru line for more than a half hour no matter how many cars are in front of you. They are ALWAYS out of everything no matter the time of day and then tell you they are unable to make more. What kind of Chinese food restaurant is out of white steamed rice all the time?! I once tried to order chicken and they told me they were out and then proceded to tell me they were unable to make more in time because it was FROZEN. Another time, I ordered the same chicken and it was so over fried, I couldn’t even chew it. Something needs to change about this location ASAP. This horrible service makes me never want to eat at Panda again. The location on Kietzke is WAY better. It’s less convenient because there is no drive thru, but the service and food...
