This location is terrible. Every time I order in person or drive thru, the employees are always very rude. There's this employee named Kiona who's always rude whenever I pick up my order in the drive thru. Her body language, attitude, and overall body language shows she doesn't want to be there and doesn't care for customer service. The first time I picked up my order she was working, and when she opened the window. She didn't say hello, smiled, and overall didn't say anything. She just handed me my food and didn't provide napkins or straws even after I had said thank you. Today 4/8/25, she does the same thing. She doesn't say hello and her body language shows she doesn't want to be there. After getting my order and saying thank you. I was going to ask for a straw and napkins, but couldn't because she had the window close on me and walked away as fast as possible, as if she didn't want to help me. She sucks as a worker. This location is a nice, updated location. It is newly built, and is big (with a lot of seating). Unfortunately, the service is extremely slow even when there is nobody there. There are always 4+ people behind the counter, but it can take 5 minutes or more just to get a drink made. We often order more than one drink in an order. Usually one drink will come up in 3-5 minutes, then it's another 3-5 minutes before the next one is ready. This happens even when we are the only customers in the store. This location always seems to be dirty as well. Tables not cleaned, trash on the floor, ect. Really disappointing considering it's the closest location to our house. We usually avoid going...
