Domino’s - Please Read This as Constructive Feedback
I want to be clear: I have no complaints about the quality of the food. That part is consistently good, and I appreciate it.
What’s deeply concerning, though, is the clear lack of training or preparation for new hires, or even seasoned staff who seem completely unprepared. At this point, I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve shown up to pick up an order after the app notified me it was ready, only to be met by an associate who looks at me like I’m invisible and has no idea what I’m talking about.
I’ve literally held up my phone, showing the notification that Domino’s said the order was ready, and still I’m met with confusion or blank stares like I’m making it up. This isn’t a one-time issue. It’s become a pattern.
This puts me in a really awkward position. I paid for a service. The app told me the food was done. I arrive, and your staff acts like I’m the problem for expecting it to be ready. That’s not okay. It’s frustrating, unprofessional, and honestly just disrespectful to the customer’s time and experience.
To make it even worse, the printed receipt on my most recent order labeled me as a "New Customer" when I am definitely not. I’ve used the app for years. This makes me question whether there’s any value in being a repeat customer. If your system resets my history every time, why should I expect better treatment than a walk-in? It completely erases the importance of customer loyalty and long-term use of your app.
I’m not asking for anything unreasonable. I just want better training, better communication between your app and store staff, and for your systems to actually recognize and value returning customers. At the very least, don’t treat me like I’ve never ordered from you before when I’ve been supporting your business...
Read moreHorrible experience!! Horrible service!! We ordered 2 orders of the 8-piece chicken wings (one Buffalo and one Parmesan), and 1 order of loaded cheesy potato tots. I also requested 4 cups of ranch, we received NO RANCH!!! I ordered from the South Meadows Dominoes, after a whole HOUR was told it got transferred to West Plumb lane dominoes, called Plumb and it was actually transferred to Longley Lane Dominoes!! Order was received at Longley at 9:30, but the delivery driver didn’t arrive until 10:20pm. Originally I ordered at 9:00pm and was told to it would take approximately 30 mins to get the food. I had to keep calling around to track my order! FINALLY the food arrives but we’re missing 1 Parmesan wing and there’s no ranch!! The food was ok, not the best I’ve ever had. Wings were not as meaty as I would’ve liked and tater tots were pretty pathetic. Still just grateful to eat tho. Not to mention this all costed $40 !!! What the actual heck?! I thought that dominoes was suppose to be cheap. Could’ve just gone out to dinner or could’ve ordered elsewhere if we felt like spending that much. We didn’t even get pizza ?! DON’T GO TO DOMINOES!! All dominoes are trash, at least in Reno. Have also had bad experience at Dominoes in Vegas too. Expensive, poor service, mediocre food at best. Should’ve just made Mac and cheese would’ve had $40 to go out to somewhere and get some actual dinner. We wouldn’t have had to wait 1 hour and a half too. And idk what happen to our missing wing. Either they forgot it or the delivery driver ate it. We’ll hope delivery dude enjoy it. Sad sad sad. Dominoes how are y’all still in business? Please...
Read moreTLDR:- ERICA and some other evening staff can't get the order right every time & you have to ask them to redo it and it's waste of time and food and Erica is very very rude. Order only when their general manager is working during the day/afternoon. He goes above and beyond even before you having to ask.
Update: General manager at this location made an amazing pizza on Friday. Only order if he is there and working. Please don't order when ERICA is working during evening and night time. She is not only a rude employee to customers but also lied to her manager about me shouting and not talking nicely to staff when in fact she has failed to get my order right 5 times already and I was showing her a picture of same pizza cooked by the general manager at that location a few days ago. She couldn't accept her fault and started being mean and rude and called her manager and lied to her. One time she even made me a meat (pepperoni and/or bacon) when my online order specially showed jalapenos and olives as toppings.
I ordered a couple of times from this place now and I always order Handmade pan because I want cheese and toppings edge to edge but they put like one jalapeno in one slice. I mean are you serious? That's even less than what they put in regular pizza and even after asking them to make it second time and to make sure it's well done they gave me a half baked pizza with little toppings. They could have atleast cooked the pizza more when I specifically asked for well done...
