By far the worst Jimboy's I have ever been to in my life. The guy running the drive through is incredibly rude and has no idea what he is doing. First he said order when ready and when I said ok I'm ready it took a few minutes for him to respond. Then he rushed everyone through their order and kept saying hold on in the middle of the person giving their order. Then he would come back on the speaker and ask what we wanted from the beginning again. After about 15 minutes of this he just yelled out a total and wouldn't respond so I pulled up to the window. I had him repeat the order and of course it was all wrong. After another 5 minutes of explaining what we wanted he said ok, making it very clear he was mad at us like any of it was our fault. After all of that we ended up still getting the wrong order. I didn't care at this point because I was hungry so I just ate what we had gotten and it was the worst food I had ever gotten from a Jimboy's. The soft tacos were hard despite being soaked in grease, the quesadilla was burnt and all of the cheese was on one side, and the burrito was way too greasy and the meat was burnt while the refried beans were cold. Will never go to this location again, I will go out of my way to go to the sparks or even the Stead location as I have never had these...

The best-tasting comida español rapido around! There is not one item on their menu that fails to make my mouth water! Good Grief! Del Taco, Jack in the Box, Taco Time and all the other places who purport to make and sell fast-food-type tacos or burritos might as well give up. NO ONE makes a quick taco as yummy as Jimboy's! Deliciously unique largely because of the cheese on the cooked-to-order taco shells and mouth-watering sauce that drips from the slow-cooked chicken and beef, you will WANT more! No one can create a quick burrito that leaves you wanting another one is a ditto as well! Jimboy's has been around for a long time for a dfarn good reason. Their food is THAT GOOD! The next time you are in the mood for a quick taco, burrito or even a platter that includes rice and beans, zip over to Jimboy's. I have been a fan for as long as I can remember. Jimboy's and I go back a L-O-N-G way and I hope they never go away. Hmm...while I am writing this, all I can think of is, "I wonder if I have the time for a taco, combination burrito and a side of guacamole?" Yup. I'll say it again! Jimboy's...

DO NOT EAT HERE!!! The guy taking my order had a bloody upper lip and after he took my order he wiped his mouth with his hand. I was really grossed out and stood there wondering if this guy was really going to go back there and start cooking. Sure enough!! I watched him go to the grill and start to prepare my food. He did not wash his hands nor was he wearing any type of gloves. I told him to cancel my order and that I was not eating his germs. I told him that I saw him wipe his bloody lip and go back there and start cooking and he tried to tell me he washed his hands but he did not because I sat there and watched him. If he let any water trickle over his hands which I really doubt it was for two seconds. Definitely didn’t use soap I never saw Andres hands I can only see his upper body through the order window. I’m telling you these people do not care about your food preparation and I’m sure this happens at a lot of fast food dumps like this but this was absolutely ridiculous. That was seriously blood on his lip and on his hands and then he went back there and...

Whenever I fly into Reno, I immediately go to Jimboys, They have my favorite Tacos. In my opinion. I came here a few nights ago, at around 12 p.m., and it was surprisingly busy, with a line wrapped around the building, which was weird for that hour. Anyways, the service was decent, the atmosphere is OK, but on the topic of food, when I tell you those might be some of my favorite tacos, you better believe it! They have a tortilla shell that has Parmesan cheese, which is so good, and really greasy ground beef, which is a part of the flavor that really adds. And they mix american cheese with the ground beef, so it's really cheesy ground beef, which I absolutely love! Overall, I love jimboys, if your in the mood for good Mexican food, I'd recommend coming!

Jimboy's Tacos on Wells Ave. seems like a rather dingy restaurant in a rundown part of town, yet you'll note they have some of the longest drive through lines in town. That's because their food is awesome! They offer fairly quick service (considering those long drive through lines), everything on their moderate-sized menu is delicious. Open later then just about every other fast food restaurant in Reno, except the 24 hour McDonald's, they offer hot, tasty mexican food until 3am every night of the week. If it's late and you're hungry, I highly recommend. Especially delicious are their Tacos, Cheese Quesadillas and the Taco Salad with Carne Asada meat...and I can never resist getting an order of their cinnamon crusted churos!

Great place for quick & straightforward Mexican food. Prices are quite reasonable, even on the low side. Never had a bad experience with these guys or this location. Got the chicken super burrito & as you can see from my pictures it is quite a burrito! My friend from the East Coast came to visit & I told him he could not leave Reno without experiencing Jimboys.
