KFC — Restaurant in Reno

Well, before COVID-19, my two sons, my daughter, and myself used to enjoy coming here every other Sunday evening. Not always the best customer service but the food was good. Last Sunday, we arrived in the drive-thru to find out they were out of fried chicken.

Tonight, when prompted by the (friendly) lady drive-thru employee, we first asked "Are you out of fried chicken?". A young man's voice quickly intervened and got on the drive-thru speaker and yelled "WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE?" I replied back that the previous Sunday they were out of fried chicken. Annoyed from the start, he repeated the question. I replied, "Some courtesy and some friendly customer service would be nice".

On our way to In N Out or Raising Cane's. Very empathetic and friendly people over there. We'll try this location again in another six months and maybe they'll be...

Terrible service. Ordered a chicken little with no pickles, a side, and a drink. The guy didn’t confirm my order or anything, just the total. Got to the window and he waited to take my card. Never said my total at the window, never in fact said anything. Handed me my card, I said thank you. He said nothing. Practically threw my bag of food at me. Again, I said thank you. He said nothing. Had to dig through the bag to find a receipt. And guess what, pickles on my food and old crusty Mac and cheese. Unfortunately I’m allergic so I ended up throwing it all away instead of having to deal with his rude behavior. Is it too much to ask that I get the food that I ordered and get a polite smile and maybe “have a great day” from someone?! Won’t be coming back, I’ll find somewhere else to...

Fix your drive thru speaker and mic!

This is your bread and butter to hear what your customer is saying/ordering. Customers who are using drive thru means they have time limit and busy so they need their orders ASAP! If they cannot achieve this, why even bother going to a drive thru then?

Wrong/Missing food again and again??

Beside of having your mic and speaker suck, it's been 3x now that I got wrong and/or missing orders from drive thru. What is the use of aiming for a "faster" service when the food that you are putting in our bags are either missing or incomplete? Are you becoming McDonald's now??

Chicken not fresh!
