I love panda express! However, each location has its own particular policies and procedures. The way they cook the food, how they serve it and the amount of food are all variables that are very evident, especially at this location. There is quite a bit of uniformity in the type food however there’s also a great variation. At the store, they kind of skimp on the food when they’re scooping up each dish they don’t necessarily fill their scoop or the bowl. It’s kind of a shame, but apparently they’re being trained to cut back. Reduce servings, save money for the overhead of the business. I guess if you never went to the other panda express stores you wouldn’t realize that you were being cheated on your portions. But more on that later. The quality of food is also variable. You would think each store would be able to cook their chow mein dish the same way. But this store the noodles are dry. The vegetables are barely cooked and it’s like eating a mouthful of half cooked noodles. Maybe they were in a rush and they just whipped it out before it was done? The place is really busy so a lot of people are coming in and picking up their second rate food but I’m sure if they had a choice they would go somewhere else. The CASHIER copped a bad attitude! Not real bad but she just didn’t seem like she wanted to be there. There was clearly some new people working behind the counter. I didn’t see anyone out cleaning the dining area like I always see at the other panda express locations, but it wasn’t really dirty so maybe I just missed their cleanup schedule. I have made comments to upper management through their surveys that are well worth completing. I believe that upper management pays attention to the comments, and I have noticed some changes in the locations that I frequent often, noticeable changes for the better. At this location there’s a difference with the teriyaki chicken. It’s a mainstay of panda express menu. Usually there’s a tray filled with large pieces and the servers cut the portions with a large knife right before they serve it. Here something different was going on. They had tiny little pieces all chopped up in a bowl and it was rather like some kind of shortcut. But getting back to the portions once again I took some pictures of my bowl, which granted is only about $8.50, but the bowl was barely filled. That’s very unusual, at all the other panda expresses they give you a heaping portion of the side dish and the entrée. Perhaps I didn’t look hungry enough :-). Anyway, this is my the second trip. I’ve eaten there at the Kitzke store and both times they have produced skimpy portions. Personally, I will not return to that store ever again if I don’t have to. I would rather drive across town to one of the better locations. I don’t know if they’ll ever fix the problem because I really hope I never go back to that store, it’s so disappointing when you don’t get good quality or good quantity. Hopefully this is not some trend that other stores begin to reduce servings, but I’ll find out the next time I go to one of the better locations.

Friendly quick service. They were busy but worked quickly. Food was hot and fresh. Just about as much as I could ask for from a Panda Express. I do wish they had more vegetarian options though. Prices are good.

Panda Express is a go-to for us. We went during the dinner hour. Everything is fresh, this does in crease your wait time. Dinning room was clean, their drink station needed attention. It is worth the money.

While I like their food I have some serious concerns about the sanitation and care that the workers have for the food they serve. Twice in a row I have had my order made incorrectly, when I asked them to correct it they took the food off of my plate and put it straight back into the hot plates. I asked the manager who seemed to lack a full understanding of the English language, about my concerns. She dismissed them out right saying that it was the "fault of a new employee" and that putting the food back onto the hot plate from my dish was standard practice, so long as I had not taken it" . This Panda Express location is right next to my office and used to eat there frequently, now I refuse to. I know for a fact that none of the employees that served me and made these errors were "new", each had been around for over a month. I will no longer be eating at this location I'm sad to say as the lack of care stems from the...

Ordered online for pickup and when I got my food they didn’t give me what I ordered. Just random entrees. I complained and they gave me a coupon so I decided to give them another chance. I ordered at 2pm for 3:15 pickup. At 3 pm I got a text saying my food was ready. I showed up at 3:15 as scheduled and not only was my food not ready, they had to make the food I ordered as the containers were empty. There was no one else in the store at all so I was frustrated as why the food wasn’t made prior to me showing up at my scheduled time and why I got a text saying my food was ready. I proceeded to stand there for almost 15 minutes waiting for my food that was supposed to be ready. I expressed my dissatisfaction and all the lady could tell me was that she needed to get the food ready. Not to mention I got home and realized they once again didn’t get my order right and gave me some old...
