If i could give negative stars I would, and iām aware online is different from in person but iām very upset with some recent experiences. I had ordered some slippers online for my grandma for christmas, gave me an estimated date as to when theyād be here, etc. The date comes and i get a notification that my package has been delivered with a photo of the package. Thought nothing of it until I looked at the photo to realize IT WASNT MY HOUSE!!!! They had delivered my slippers to the wrong house! I drove around my neighborhood, just to see if maybe there was a silly mistake and i couldnāt find the package or the house with the door and decorations pictured. This has never been an issue in the past and iām extremely upset that the driver or house it was dropped off wrongly to did anything about it. Iāve tried reaching out to customer support AND NOTHING! Iām beyond disappointed⦠so if you see something online, you should go see if itās available in store instead as they have such incompetent drives delivering and your package will probably NOT be delivered to you. But hereās the catch: only the Pumas were part of the BOGO sale, and the Vans had an unadvertised $5 promo running. Because of that, even though both shoes were the same price, the Vans ended up being technically cheaper. So I was told I couldnāt use the BOGO at allābecause the Pumas were now the more expensive pair, and they were the only ones eligible for the sale.
I waited in line nearly 15 minutes, only to be told I couldnāt speak to a manager when I asked. No signage explained the $5 promo. I left with a disappointed and crying 4-year-old, all because of a confusing and rigid promo policy that wasnāt clearly communicated.

I have been a loyal customer for over twenty five years to Nordstrom Rack in Reno, NV, and my experience and relationship with the company has been absolutely RUINED by an unprofessional cashier! Not only was she smacking her gun loudly in my face, but it was abundantly clear that she has NO idea what sheās doing! She messed up my return FOUR DIFFERENT TIMES! Finally, I asked for her manager. She REFUSED! This is absolutely unacceptable. Her name tag said Keisha, and she had absolutely no respect for the store or my wishes. Her station was an absolute disaster, ignored my hello and thank you, did not greet me, and she looked an absolute mess. I am DISGUSTED!
