Absolutely the best customer service in town! Both Jason, and Ed were so nice, understanding, and willing to help. They worked with us to make my wife’s ring perfect! They did this even though it wasn’t their responsibility! I purchased the diamond at the Diamond vault, and the custom ordered, and built ring ‘somewhere else’. Well after the ‘other’ store finally got the ring ‘right’ (after numerous foul-ups) and mounted the diamond, we immediately had problems with the setting. The ‘other’ store said they couldn’t do much to fix it - short of a major rework to the head of the ring - changing the original look conciderably (at additional cost to me) - unacceptable! This was a custom ordered ring - and they had the exact diamond measurements! - and still couldn’t get it right... I brought the ring into the Diamond Vault, and they - very graciously, had the setting slightly modified and improved, (the correct way) to properly secure the stone, all while maintaining the beautiful, original look of the ring. I wish I would have just had the Diamond Vault custom make the ring in the first place.... I would’ve saved money - and most importantly, three months of aggravation! They are now my ‘Go-To’ jewelers! I cannot recommend them enough!!! Whoever helps you there, rest assured, they will treat you like you are their only concern. Business Done...

This has by far been the best experience I have ever had spending this much money.

My first visit was back in December to purchase my fiancé's engagement ring. I had done some preshopping on their website a week before and had a good idea of the style I wanted to buy.

Jason Borunda assisted me with my purchase and has been amazing every step of the way. I told Jason what I was looking for and showed him the engagement ring I saw online. He knew exactly which one it was and showed it to me. He also brought a couple other similar choices but I decided to stick with the first one I found.

The turn around for my purchase was fast and easy. All jeweling is done in house so the sizing and adjustments were done quickly and I never had to worry about anything getting lost in transit.

I have been back to Diamond Vault 2 more times to purchase wedding bands and Jason has always helped me.

The entire staff made my fiancé and me feel welcomed and took the time to get to know us so we felt comfortable. I would and already have recommended Diamond Vault friends and loved ones.

I will be returning to Diamond Vault for all my future purchases and encourage others to do so as well.

Cant say enough about Jason, Heather and the staff here. Coddled us through the process of finding wedding bands (thats a good thing as a couple 25 year olds who have never done this before). Through multiple visits and mulling things over, there was never any sales pressure or anything of that nature. They made us feel like none of our questions were dumb as first timers and kept us within budget while still making our purchase feel as special as possible.

Now, to the day before we fly out for our wedding… i went to bring in my fiance’s ring to get cleaned before the big day and i noticed a small diamond had gone missing from the engagement ring setting!! Called Jason around noon, they told me to rush down and they’d take a look at what they could do. I believe it was the owner or somebody came out and said you know what ill do is ill drive this myself to our Carson City shop (actual warehouse) where they do repairs and have it back by 4pm knowing we fly out in the morning.. and thats exactly what they did! Even in crunch-time they came through for us!
