Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Reno

The past 2 visits I have had terrible service as far as getting my order correct. Last visit they made me pizza with the wrong toppings. Tonight I phoned in my order. I was told it would be 25 minutes, I arrived 35 minutes later, paid for my pizza and was told 15 minutes! When I explained I had waited 10 minutes longer than I was told, they threw the pizza together quickly. I drive half way home to realize AGAIN they had the topping wrong...they tried to talk me into keeping the pizza, by asking, "you don't like that at all".... WOW.... I phoned in, they still get it wrong, they make me a new pizza, toppings look correct. I bake my thin crust pizza and the crust is soooo thin it wI'll not cut...completely stuck to bottom of pan...after 5 years of using this location I will...

Horrible experience!!! We called over the phone for the 9 dollars keto option. We had to wait 30 minutes to pick it up and the whole order was wrong. When my husband got home we noticed that they put regular dough and also charged us for a large pan pizza....! Whitch was $16. So we waited 30 minutes for the wring pizza and paid double for this... and we still had to wait 30 more minutes for it to cook. We will never go back here. And I would'nt recommend for...

Very poor customer service. I went to go get pizza for my mom and son and using the free pizza with the phone # for the 1st time didn't know they had to validate it themselves and I explained and they still wouldn't give me the free 1 topping pizza. If I could I would rate them 0 stars because there should be a way to look or they should of honored it they watched me punch in the phone number. I'm not gonna say I have a free pizza if I didn't. Will NEVER go back...
