One of only a few places in Reno to get a Cuban Sandwich and this Tampa style Cuban was great. An original "Cuban" is way messier thus intolerable to America tastes. The medium size that I purchased is enough to feed two people or keep leftovers for later. The service counter was perfectly clean, accurate, and efficient with (pun warning) easily digestible menus. There are plenty of tables for dining in and a few outside too. Easily the nicest convenience store deli I've seen in a long time. I also had the Egg Salad which was good as well but could have used some creativity in the recipe because I found it a bit bland. Still worth 5 stars and will visit again soon.

That was a solid sandwich. I ordered the Italian. Fresh ingredients and very good. There were many others I wanted to try so will have to come back. I went here because it was rated high. When I pulled up and saw it was part of a gas station, I almost drove away. I am thankful I didn’t. The people were so helpful and friendly too. There is a reason they have been voted best sandwich year after year. Keep up the good work. See you next time I am in town.

This is literally the best sandwich place in Northern Nevada. I believe that a sandwich can only be as good as their fresh ingredients and their bread. Their bread here won my sandwich of the year badge. Rubicon, beach hut deli, and Jersey Mike's comes close with their meats and veggies but they dont have the majestic bread served in Deli Towne USA. Their monster size is enough to feed a family of 5 but it was a perfect amount for my lunch break.

Super great sandwiches but the wait times are literally ridiculous and completely unacceptable in my opinion. 60 minutes for two cold sandwhiches? How is that ok? Plus the prices are outrageous! A medium starts at $16 with no drinks or chips.... And thats if you don't add anything "extra". $40 for two sandwhiches and no drinks or chips? Plus the hour wait? Make it make sense... I'm not sure what this business needs to do to lower wait times, maybe open another location? But it just feels plain disrespectful to charge these prices and have us wait an HOUR minimum! With those prices, and amount of business, having another location should be feasible.

Additionally it would appear they simply do not have enough staff... The only way to place an order is online or on the kiosk, no one is able to man the register and take orders? And if the kiosk doesn't work, the gas station Attendant is the one to help you? So one of two things are happening here: wages are too low so no one wants to work, or the business is simply too cheap to hire the correct amount of staff at the salary they provide. I live across the street and can't say I will be back...

Oh and insult to injury is that my first time here I didn't know it would take an hour to get my food of course, nor should anyone expect that. So I came on my lunch from work, waited and waited and waited, finally flagged someone down only to find out they lost my order? I was super late back to work......

The staff here is consistently rude. ALWAYS seem to have a problem with the cashiers, even the higher-ups now. I stopped accepting their Uber orders, but decided to give them another try today. Maybe they were just having multiple bad days in the past & it would be different this time; MY MISTAKE!

I called the number on the express parking spots for pick up of a delivery order, & of course the “lady” (Michelle was her name) that answered was rude, condescending, & proceeded to tell me I called the wrong number, despite it literally being the number on the sign. The cashiers have always been the ones to give you the orders if you are picking up & the phone prompt said to press 2 for the cashiers, so that is what I pressed. No need for the stank attitude. I ended up leaving instead, not putting up with it. Michelle then calls me back SEVEN MINUTES LATER & leaves a voicemail irritated that they can’t find me in the spot I told them I was in. Hahaha. Waste my time, I’ll waste yours. :)

BONUS: This business was also one of the ones that received a PPP loan during covid ($200k if I remember correctly), but then proceeded to blame their employees & “government handouts” because “nobody wants to work”. Seems like a culture problem within the establishment if anything. I wouldn’t want to work there either when even the higher-ups are constantly sour.

Pay your employees more, & fix the...

Deli Towne is one of my favorite Deli's in Reno. They do a great job of making you forget they are located in a gas station. They have both indoor and outdoor seating and while there is generally a line they are good at what they do so the wait isn't too bad.

If you are looking for a great sandwich somewhat late, 8 pm, then this is not the place for you. The hours state 9 pm so we thought we had plenty of time to not be those dicks, the one's that show up right before close and make you undo all the closing procedures you'd done when it was super slow because it's so close to closing that all you want to is for 9pm to arrive so you can bolt. Yeah, you know you've been on both sides of that situation. Back on track. We arrived at 8 pm and were told they only had white or wheat and weren't able to order our first choice sandwich (Meatball). The guy kept telling us what they didn't have and finally named off a few sandwiches he did have. I had the egg salad (bland-really needed salt and pepper, not worth $7 for a small) my friend had a pastrami and really enjoyed it ($10 for a medium is pretty rapey though).

This is the first time I have experienced anything other than great food/service in the years I have been going to Deli Towne so they still get 4 stars and I will simply stay away from them during the later...
