Lakeside Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Reno

Atmosphere: Tavern like, like a sports bar but relaxed and mature.

Cost: Fair, similar to a Chili's, BJs, or other mainstream dinner priced establishment.

Service: Wait Staff was attentive filling waters, clearing plates, and bringing the check. Very little wait time when needed and we were given plenty of time without harassment to eat, talk, and enjoy our meal.

Food: Most was excellent.

$40 Ribeye with fries, seasonal vegetables (asparagus)and salad: salad was delicious with balsamic vinaigrette, fries were crispy and well seasoned, ribeye was juicy and I didn't even leave a single scrap of food. I would order this again. It's also the most expensive item on the menu.

My 3 companions ordered Fish and Chips (which was enjoyed), Salmon (also good and completely eaten), and an Asian Chicken Salad. The Asian salad was the only dish that could be improved because the presentation was like a chopped lettuce salad that once the dressing was put on looked wet and flat. It would have presented better if served like my side salad which was really quite good both in presentation, texture and taste.

The food is fantastic. Service is exceptional. On point in every way. Happy to be of service and provide you with great service and great food. The bloody Mary is fantastic. My burger is perfect. Breakfast was also very well prepared. They have a great team here. Keep up the great work and fantastic service. I am happy to be living close by. Unfortunately I can't leave another review to highlight all the great things about this business. I have been here several times. The bloody Mary's are the best and very consistent. The service is awesome. They are always busy yet still find the time to make certain to let you know that you are are an important part of the service they provide. Everything I have had from the menu is very well prepared from taste, fresh ingredients and appearance. I feel very fortunate to have found this place and that it is so close. Had lunch today at Lakeside Grill. I've been there several times & have never been disappointed, either with service or the culinary creations. Today I had their lasagna, the server said it was the best, a lot of places say that but I have to tell you I have never had a lasagna from a restaurant that was as good as this. It was a vegetable lasagna but with a braised beef crown on top. Served in a pool of savory tomato sauce. It was terrific if it wasn't served in a bowl I would have liked the plate. The service dispite them being very busy with mostly sepagenarians was fast & accomidating, I drink several glasses of iced tea, I asked if I could get a carafe & they ablidged so I could serve myself at my pleasure.
