Port of Subs — Restaurant in Reno

I’ve been to this Port of Subs location on Mae Ann many times now, and every single visit has been excellent. The service here is consistently quick, the sandwiches are always fresh, and the whole team makes the experience enjoyable.

I especially want to give a huge shoutout to the three women who usually work the front. They’re always so friendly, welcoming, and on top of things — they greet you with a smile, remember regulars, and make sure your order is done right and fast. It really makes a difference when you walk into a place and feel genuinely taken care of.

This location has become my go-to for a reason: great food, great service, and a staff that goes above and beyond. Highly recommend stopping by — you’ll be in and out quickly with exactly what you want, and with great customer service...

I live walking distants to another port of subs, I still go here, they make Port of Subs the way its meant to be made. The staff is very friendly, fast and helpful. The store is always clean, Ive never walked in and seen unbused tables, not once...

I havn't had a sandwich made by everyone, but everyone I have had, has hit the spot. Bacon Breakfast, Number 3, Number 8, Number 18, the rare number 5, they have all been prefect.

Ive been eating port of subs my entire life, Ive also worked at port of subs for a couple of years in my youth, this is the only port of subs Ive been to in the last 10 years thats tastes just the way it should.

I had actually stopped eating port of subs for several years because I had a string of horrible sandwiches, this Port of Subs brought me back too...

I placed an order online for today (July 28), and it was completely messed up. There was only one employee and he wasn't even up front when I came in. They forgot to put the spinach, they put this random red sauce I did not request, and it just looks awful. There was no one else in the store when I picked up my order, so it wasn't an issue with being busy either.

EDIT: The store owner, Eugenia, contacted me and was very apologetic about it. I really appreciated that she did when she most owners wouldn't, so I'm bumping it up from a 1 star. I must've just gotten unlucky since the other...
