Starbucks — Restaurant in Reno

Okay just place ain't too bad but they ain't ready ready for the big rush. I can really appreciate I can go to the deli and pick up a sandwich and then go to Starbucks and get a get a cup of coffee and do my little phone paperwork or whatever and get a refill and I felt good when I was done I appreciate you. I mean this just a little edit AIA I came here to get ready for work and wait for an appointment and you know I felt like they was trying to figure out if I was a criminal or not and all that other stuff at the store you know but I just bypass that kind of stuff and I wasn't going to say anything but I read a lot of the reviews and I thought that energy I just ignored it as much as possible because I'm not proud of Starbucks and I sold all my stocks. But they didn't interfere with me at all in a pursued the same kind of energy I'm pretty sure they just ignored it did the normal so it wasn't too bad I'm not trying to complain but I'm really just serious I sold all my stocks to Starbucks on Starbucks needs...

Honestly got a drink from here which was very hard since the barista prioritized which looked like her boyfriend over a customer, it took me around 20 minutes just to order which is very insane despite the line being empty, to the co workers Dylan and Mary I would have a conversation with them despite this. This is unacceptable behavior and childish behavior by these workers and the management should really take things into action since the barista was very disrespectful she looked like she was over it and she couldn’t even smile at me yet talk to me! Horrible customer service from this Starbucks there is no possible chance that I’m ever coming here again cause of this! Guy at register was really confused. I gave him my gold card and a $20 bill. Told him to load $10 on it. Then ordered a grande passion tea. He added the tea on top of my $10 and took it out of my $20. Not using the card. He then wanted to give me a new card due to not being able to figure out how to load my gold card. I had to talk him through what the screen was saying. So not only did he not use my card I loaded money on he used my cash and I didn't get my stars added. I wasn't going to try to explain how the card worked to the employee. I spent to much time waiting for him to figure things out. And his co worker never stepped up to help him even when he asked her to make sure my $10 was added to the card. They need some more training before working on...
