A safe happy place to get get away from that everyday grind. Everything about reno roots has proven to me to be one of the most positive, safe, and socially bonding Boba and tea lounges. The owners and staff go out of there way to keep a safe and positive environment. From studying and chill days to game and movie nights. where all you'll hear is laughter from groups at the tables and likely a full bar wanting to get in on a game of triva. Tarot card readings from izzy who always seems to be one of the happiest people around. On special Saturdays it's not uncommon to see possibly the largest snack and sweet selections (that are free to all customers even just in and out) art and crafts nights could be difficult to even get a spot and are a complete blast.

There is a community in this building who appreciate this place. For the safety and comfort it provides. I know there have been some reviews while people are learning and a bad day may happen from time to time. I know whole heartedly anyone here will always make it right to the customer. I do also know whole heartedly anyone that comes around and makes everyone feel uncomfortable especially the kids will have no right in this establishment.

Reno Roots is the best place to hangout, do homework at and make new friends. The owners Neil and Dalice have really made it such a safe place to be. And all of their workers are amazing, they have great service and most of all amazing drink selections. Being away from family can be really hard but I love to be at Reno Roots where it feels like another family. Neil and Dalice always go out of their way to put on movie nights and fun activities for everyone throughout the holidays. And most of all they always ensure to make it a safe place for all their guests. This guy with a long beard I believe his name was Austin used to always make guests so uncomfortable saying horrible things about women and how they shouldn’t be in power and making racist comments. Best hangout spot in reno! They offer everything from tea to boba to these cute little kava on the go tubes. I love that they always have movies on or chill music you can work to. The owners are the kindest, most respectful people I have ever come across; they are a great influence on the community especially the college kids.

I’d also like to say that unfortunately there is a disgruntled customer making fake accounts leaving bad reviews on here. They’re upset because they were being held accountable for their actions and are now making outlandish accusations that are not true in any way.
