I don't think I've ever been more annoyed and frustrated with an employee of a restaurant before... congratulations Yogurt Beach, you win. When I walked in today, I noticed most of the fruit options weren't available-- I was told he wasn't putting any more fruit out today..okay that's fine, I'll substitute.
Now the absolute unnecessary and frustrating interaction with "Mr. Employee of the month":
I wasn't sure which flavor to get and tried to put a small sample of two different flavors into my cup to decide when the employee began arguing with me about policy. I did absolutely nothing wrong ...I just wanted to see which flavor I liked before filling up my cup. Read moreEasily the worst topping selection out of all Yogurt Beach locations in the area. They don't have the custards, only have blueberries and strawberries as fruit options (no blackberries, maraschinos, raspberries, etc.), didn't have popping boba or cheesecake bites, and don't even have whipped cream or hot fudge. The yogurts that were there tasted fine.
One employee was sitting on a fridge talking to the other employees while another employee was ringing up the whole line himself. The area was clean-ish.
I'd come here if I were at the Circus Circus and desperate for ice cream, but I'd go to any other...
Read moreThere was a total of 4 employees standing behind the counter not acknowledging anyone and one person working the register by himself. The other 4 employees were literally engaging in conversations with eachother and not working. There was a line as well. Not sure how their protocol works as far as customer service. They also had quite a few of their yogurt flavors out...
