Circus Circus Food Court — Restaurant in Reno

We wanted to give this place a try and just get some fast food.  After placing our order, we just saw an employee with green hair sitting on the counter while another person was folding wrappers.  They were running their hand through their hair while they had gloves on.

All of a sudden, we see a manager start yelling at another employee who was preparing food and said, "That's not how you do it." She started swinging her hair towards him and grabbed the burger and said, "This is how you do it. "  She didn't wash her hands and just grabbed the food.   For all I know, that could've been our food.  This place isn't a professional place that should be handling food at all levels.   They were not washing their hands or wearing gloves.  That is a huge safety issue in handling  food. Let alone quality control.

We just ordered a double char combo. The food was decent, but just watching how they operate just made me...

I shouldn't give one star, Habbit is my favorite hamburger restaurant since 2016 in San José, I went to Reno with my family to the circus and I told him. My husband is going to eat here, there still wouldn't have been 20 minutes left, so we lined up to order. I was the second in line. I ordered food for my family and I spent more than 30 minutes and I saw everyone eat except us. My husband gets up and He asks and they answer us rudely. After 35 minutes, the manager gives us a meal, only one takeout order when we wanted to eat there, he did not solve anything as a manager, he does not do his job well, we just returned the money without solving the problem, I am a manager in San Jose in a company and they must treat customers with respect and solve problems the cashier a girl who also did not know what to do in experience I will not visit this restaurant...

I stayed at the Circus Circus in May with my partner, and fancied a burger on our last day, and couldn't as they only took card as payment It's absolutely disgusting that they don't except cash😡 when the other eateries in the food court excepted cash. So avoid this place as they are discriminating against people who don't have a credit or debit card, as I lost my business due to covid and went bankrupt. So I had to surrender all my debit and credit cards and was on allowed basic cash card with no perks. So it is the same as discriminating against someone with a disability. Some people can't help how life pans out, so I told other people waiting in the line and other guests in the hotel to avoid this place. I would have gave zero stars but that wasn't an option. So avoid and go somewhere else like Panda express or somewhere else in Reno if you...
