Horrible experience ordered our food and took over 20 minutes for them to find the order . We pulled up to the window the lady couldn’t find our order asked for our name twice and finally found it just to tell us “ we’re all out of peach is there a shake you guys would like “ . Why wouldn’t the person taking our order tell us that the specialty drinks cost more so why weren’t we made aware until after we paid . We settled for a a strawberry and Oreo shake . ( the strawberry was horrible it was the bottom of the shake machine you can tell it didn’t even have a pink color to it . ) then we asked for chicken tortilla soup that says on their menu is a limited time . Just to be told we don’t have that that menus not updated . What why wouldn’t you guys have updated menus . Keep in mind this is my boyfriend first time coming here since 2016 because he didn’t think they were good so I twisted his arm to try it tonight . Anyways we park our car to wait for our food like the lady at the window asked us to after . We’re waiting waiting waiting cars continuously passing us leaving with their orders. A guy named Sergio finally comes out with two shakes . He asks the name my boyfriend said Casey . He hands him the shakes and my boyfriend says what about our food . Sergio says “oh you didn’t get your food yet” . No obviously we didn’t if we’re asking . So he walks up to the drive through window where there’s customers and starts speaking to drive through this goes in for a couple minutes. At this point we’re fed up my boyfriend wants a refund and so we pull into a parking spot . The shakes horribly made dripping down the side my boyfriend upset it’s getting on his car . He goes inside to speak to someone about canceling the order because they’ve obviously lost it again and he just wants a refund to go elsewhere. It’s taking so long for someone to get to him I have to go inside and I was not happy . Finally a women asked what we needed and my boyfriend said a refund the customer service and quality has been sacrificed at this point and spend almost $50 for this kind of service is never worth it . Sergio is still at the drive through window then finally grabs and order and walks inside and says “ I can’t find that car “ . Yeah because we’re done waiting around for you guys where is our food . My boyfriend is asking for a supervisor and the team is scrambling around asking and a guy is a lighter shirt than the rest of the team tells them to get Sergio . I don’t know why it’s so hard to speak to a supervisor but once again disappointing that you let such a chaotic crew speak for the poor service instead of taking responsibility for your team . My boyfriend tells Sergio “youve lost my order numerous times the shakes are leaking the wait time was unacceptable especially without proper communication that half the stuff we order your out of. I just want a refund at this point .” Sergio once again asks for his name and says was the order for Mariana . My boyfriend said exactly and I said this is about the 3-4 th time we’ve had to give you our name . Sergio’s slide him free vouchers and says your orders ready . I walked out because what a joke we asked for a refund and magically are found has been found . Needless to say my boyfriend is never going back their . The quality of food by the time we got it cold . So I’m very unhappy and embarrassed because I come to this location all the time . The night crew is horrible compared to the day crew. I will be reaching out to corporate as well with our receipts and timestamps of this...
Read moreThis Chick-Fil-A has wonderful service. The employees are almost aways very nice and friendly. One in every 30 or so ends up not being so great but for the most part, you can be sure you will get great service.
This is the place to stop for FREE WATER, I love the waters with extra ice and it's great for your puppy to get a free water too!
I love that they have the mobile drive thru now, it really helps expedite orders. However, the people that waited in line for quite some time, don't tend to appreciate that you are at the front of their line. Even though they are well informed that there's a mobile ordering option in the app, they choose the slow line and when it meets near the front, they try to cut you off. One woman even ran over a cone because she was not going to let me ahead. Oh well.... Remember there are cameras all over if you try to do this.
I love the ice so I frequently buy their bags of ice that are really affordable. Make sure you ask for a to go bag because they do tend to leak. You need to get the ice home fast and change it over to large Ziplock bags to keep it well. The thin bag they use ends up with holes.
Sometimes we buy the gallon tea, you need to get it in the fridge immediately, do not let it sit and get to room temp. It quickly builds bacteria and will taste like mold and you need to toss it at that point. I would say Raising Cane's in Reno (NOT Sparks, theirs tastes like water) has the best sweet tea but Chick Fil A comes in a close second and is a good substitute. Again, be sure to get a to-go bag because the tea is sticky and tends to be a mess.
As far as the food, the chicken tends to be really thick, not my preference. I like the cutlet style better. The food is outrageously expensive so I avoid it and the fries are never well done, they are always soggy and warm, not hot or fresh and they will not make them fresh for you either, it holds...
Read moreThe line was CRAZY at the drive-thru; absolutely INSANE long to the point we were reconsidering even selecting Chick-fil-A as our decision of where to eat a late lunch. It was intimidating to see that long of a line @ 3:00pm on a Thursday. But, we were already there and the parking lot was not full at all so I decided I would order inside at the counter & get it To-Go. There was no line AT ALL inside! I walked right in and got to order immediately. A manager was training a new how by the registers and what I heard of their interaction was very positive and professional. The young man seemed nervous but the manager was kind and thorough when explaining everything. The food came fairly quick; it was delicious as usual. The only issue was the girl at the counter gave me the wrong drink not once but twice. We wanted a peach shake but that flavor was no longer available. Bummer. So I ordered a frozen lemonade. First she gave me an actual lemonade. When I told her that she made a mistake, she said I could keep the extra drink: which was kind but why would they want back a drink that I had already drank out of in the first place? I offered to pay for the mistake as I just really had a craving for the frozen lemonade. Regular lemonade gives bad heart burn! The second drink; the manager gave me what looked to be the frozen lemonade but upon tasting it I quickly realized it was not! We had already left though so I couldn't get it corrected again so I just drank it anyways. It was NASTY. A coffee shake I'm guessing? Couldn't tell for sure for sure but eewww gross! Not a biggie though! Never a bad trip to Chick-fil-A! I just wish it was not so expensive! For 37$ which is what it cost, we could have sat & dined at an actual restaurant. Everyone who worked there was great and as I was walking out the door I did them loudly that they should be proud of what a great...
