Redfield Promenade — Local services in Reno

I have to go into the peppermill this weekend for my wife's birthday it turned into a disaster we got there on Thursday the 14th and we were in 509 then we were transferred to 10:30 because the room in 509 the toilet seat in the bath area was not presentable it was just not prep right and the view outside was of the roof and they were doing a lot of work banging noise smoke from digging up the floors heating iron so we have to be changed within the change we decided to go to 10:30 when we left my wife's birthday coat in the room closet we proceeded to get the room to coat back on that Thursday from security which from 8:00 in the morning took all the way to 9:30 at night to which was on comprehensible security made up excuse after excuse about not having no one around to bring the coat over to us then they turned around after fourth time five times of going back and forth with them all day I finally got Kyle the manager in charge and 9:30 at night he decided to go and take me over to security and find out what was going on and while trying to go over to security security gave him to run around about someone might be coming I don't know who it is where they are so he took it upon himself to go over with myself to security and eventually they end up giving me the code at 9:30 at night my wife birthday was a disaster I would never go back to the peppermill and have anything to do with security of that nature if you had more people like Kyle the manager who helped and went beyond his duty to retrieve my code then cuz hotels would be a much better place to place your vacations now she says she doesn't want to go back there anymore and she's again is very upset on it taking a whole day to receive our code and security again when I was trying to retrieve the code was treating me like I was someone that was being investigated for trying to retrieve the code she wanted to put all my information into a computer and came up with a statement about we log in this all this information so if you ever lose something again you're in here I refuse that information to go in to your computer it's like tracking a person and then saying this might be a person that has problems booking the next time we come here so I decided that you know I didn't want to come back to the peppermill anymore I hope others didn't read this learn about security and the system that they have there but people like Kyle if you have him there it would be a much better place to recommend family and friends this again is my reply to our visit and our disaster for my wife's birthday her 66th birthday some birthday I would say thank you for...
