Where can we begin! We've been working with Chrystelle for roughly 20 years! She interior designed our Tahoe house, 2 houses in Reno, and even helped with the design for our Scottsdale house! Her beautiful designs are unique to each house! She was able to connect our traditional tastes with the modern and vibrant furniture of Ethan Allen! Every time we have people over they can't help but comment on the furniture and how well everything ties together! We can't thank Chrystelle enough for everything she has done.

When we purchased a leather recliner from Ethan Allen in Reno 6+ years ago, all the store employees were extremely friendly and helpful. The chair was delivered right on time and was exactly what we had ordered.

A few weeks ago, one of the buttons on the back came off and another one was loose. With no questions asked, Ethan Allen picked up the chair, repaired it and returned it all within 4 days at no charge.

The store manager, Chrystelle, was very helpful and made sure we were satisfied with the entire process.
