Wild Garlic Pizza & Pub — Restaurant in Reno

Ordered a pizza online, and mistakenly chose pepperoncini instead of pepperoni. When I went in to pick it up and realized the mistake, the first person I spoke with, a young woman, was very nice and offered to remake the pizza. Another employee, a woman a bit older than the first, joined the conversation confirming, you ordered pepperoncini online, so that’s what I made. When I asked to confirm if it was ok to remake the pizza, the second employee stared at me slack jawed for a few seconds, as if it would come out of her paycheck if she remade it, or as if it was a major inconvenience to her. I said forget it and took the pizza and left. There were zero other patrons in at the time. Granted, I messed up the initial order, but the response I received from the one woman was unacceptable. I ordered at 6 and was told to pick up at 6:45. Used my lunch break to pick up our order and they told me they don’t have an order for me. Male employee who was sitting on his phone the whole time gave me major attitude when I said I had to leave and couldn’t wait. Your laziness and incompetence is not MY fault. Not once did anyone apologize for not doing their job and instead gave me dirty looks and attitude like I was the problem because I couldn’t wait for them to do their job when I’ve already waited 45 minutes for them to do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING BUT SIT ON THEIR PHONES. Slightly below average all around - service, food, and quality. The server/cashier did not listen to our orders carefully and rushed us through even if it was our first time. Salad came and we asked for a couple of extra plates to share it, but then she didn't bring forks... She asked us to reuse our beer glasses for refills which is not the end of the world but just a bit strange. It's better with a new glass that's cold and doesn't have the taste of the previous beer.
