Wendy's — Restaurant in Reno

Worst. Service. EVER. Went into this location with my Mom and daughter for a late lunch (our receipt says 2:33pm). There was a couple with their daughter already waiting for their order and three young ladies waiting to order. Once the three ladies finished ordering separately, the couple with their daughter were still waiting for their to-go food.. We then ordered and waited. And waited. And waited some more. The couple finally got their order, and the three ladies got theirs some time after, then we waited. Finally our food was ready and we sat down, my daughter's food was fine and same with my Mom's. I ordered a 4 piece chicken tenders and they were not hot, not even warm. They were heavily saturated in grease and dried up to a nasty dark brown. They actually threw in an extra finger (so there were 5 fingers), perhaps to make up for how absolutely horrible they were..!? I took them up to the counter and the lady, Vivian, that took the order ignored me at first. Then I asked for a refund and she walked away saying over her shoulder, "I'll get the manager." The manager comes up and this dude totally couldn't care less about the situation. He didn't introduce himself or offer any sort of apology. I handed him the receipt and he took his time figuring out how to refund the fingers. I will never return to any Wendy's, not worth the time or...

Tried to come to this location for lunch, went through the drive through, and ordered the pretzel pub burger. The employee immediately assumed that I wanted the meal and then asked if I wanted it "spicy,??, or grilled?" Unfortunately, I could never understand what that second words was, but I felt like he was giving me the chicken sandwich options. So I reiterated that I wanted the hamburger. He was bound and determined that these were options for the hamburger even though I kept telling him HAMBURGER and it had never come with those options before. We went around like this a few times so I told him never mind I'm going to a different location. Both because I knew he wasn't going to get my order right and that probably by this point he was going to spit in my food. So I went to the S. Virginia location and made my same order. S. Virginia did not assume that I wanted a meal and did not ask me to choose chicken sandwich options for my hamburger. I was definitely happy I decided to leave the Longley location. Went there for breakfast and I wanted the 2 for 3 dollars deal on there sausage cheese muffin sandwich and the man stated that that promotion ended. I asked him so none of the other Wendy's offer the deal because I had gone two days before at another Wendy's in sparks. I then went back a few days later to the one in sparks and yes they still have the deal. I've been to this Wendy's just a few times and had the same situation. It just feels shady everytime I've gone there. I feel like it's how they make extra money. They are a franchise so they get their products at a cheaper cost when they have specials like this and they can double up on their cost. Food and service has never been very good.
