Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Reno

I used to work for Dutch Bros and Starbucks over the course of five years, so I am extremely particular about the coffee I order and that its made correctly. One of the drinks I order most frequently is a small hot quad domino (2 shots of regular espresso and 2 shots of white coffee) americano, extra sweet white chocolate and caramel (so one ounce each) with about an inch and a half of steamed oat milk. Its a mouthful to anyone not familiar with the dutch bros menu- or ordering coffee overall. Its extremely straightforward coffee to make considering every ingredient and measurement is specified in the way I order it.

Many - and by many, I mean the majority - of the stands I visit and order this drink from end up making it incorrectly. Some not leaving enough room for the steamed oat milk, some only adding one once of the sauce because the standard amount of flavor for a small americano is one ounce and some just messing up the espresso shots.

The first time through the line a couple days ago, my drink tasted… off- is the best way to describe it. I came through the line again to see if they could remake the drink and the gentleman who took my order (and conveniently, who made my drink the first time) was extremely kind and accommodating. On a few occasions, Dutch Baristas from other stands have had a bad attitude about having to remake a drink so I have major anxiety any time I go back through the line hoping to have my drink made correctly. Loved DB until this night. The server was not at all focused. Too busy saying goodbye with her co workers. Seemed high and not at all there. Literally tripped on her own and landed on the vehicle's driver door in front of us. We Ordered 911 and green tea smoothie and repeated to her more than 3X sweet green tea smoothie with whole milk. She put the tea from a pitcher and added ice, blended and thats it. She handed us stickers that dropped because her depth perception was off. Then just turned around like she didnt even realized what happened. Went back to the green tea she was working on fighting with the blended product to get in the cup. Her co worker even asked if shes OK and she answered "This tea is being stubborn!" Waste of time and money for a watered down tea and ice blended. Totally not the order. We go to Dutch Bros nearly every day. We have been to every Dutch Bros in the main and South Reno areas. The service was very good at this location for the last few months, but when a new girl was hired we have not been able to get our correct drinks any time she's working. Two orders: a flavored rebel with kick me cream floated and either soft top on top or whip cream, or a golden Eagle hot chai with extra caramel drizzle and oat milk. But she mixes our cream every single time instead of floating it, and I'm currently drinking a "chai" that she turned into a latte even after trying to confirm with her that it is a chai. This in particular could cause an allergic reaction and needs to be dealt with. She also takes upwards of 10 minutes to do one drink.
