The service here is extremely slow. I ordered a smoothie online and I showed up 25 minutes later and it was not ready. The girl working behind the counter “could not find my order” then tried to make me something I did not order. I think it was her first day because she did not know how to make a smoothie without looking at the menu. Then the rude “manager” came out and told her that my smoothie was ready to go in the freezer. He handed me the wrong one. When I asked them to remake it to what I ordered, he told me that I had to wait for the entire line to go before he would do anything or I could take the one he made himself and knows is right! Then he said to me “do you know how rude you are being right now!?!”. When I told him he was the one being rude and I’m only on my lunch break and don’t have time to wait he gave me even more attitude in-front of 5 other customers. I told him I was frustrated by the situation and then he said “yeah well I’m frustrated too!”. He made me wait until the entire line was gone before he would remake my smoothie. When he FINALLY remade it, I showed him the color difference of the one he handed me compared to the right one and all he had to say was “oh”. Then after everyone left he tried to “apologize” and said they would give me a free smoothie next time I come in and made me give him my phone number so he “could put it on my account for next time”. I told him I was now 20 minutes late coming back from my lunch break and I’m new at my job so this looks really bad on me. Then someone called me at the end of the day to “refund my order” and I haven’t seen anything refunded at all. I want that horrible “manager” to be fired! He has no business being a manager if he doesn’t know how to treat people or handle simple situations. Customers should never be...
Read moreI’m really disappointed with my experience at this Keva Juice. My husband ordered my usual Keva Kolada non-dairy because I have a dairy allergy. Other Keva locations have always been great about this, but here it was frustrating from the start.
The staff gave my husband major attitude about making it non-dairy, saying it would “need more filler” and oddly suggesting blueberries, even though it’s supposed to be like a piña colada. To make things worse, the employee suggested yogurt as a substitute, and when my husband asked if it was non-dairy, they just said “I don’t know, it’s non-fat.” That’s alarming when you’re dealing with food allergies.
The website even has an option to order it non-dairy, so what would have happened if we’d ordered online? Would they have just tossed in dairy and risked an allergic reaction?
If Keva Juice offers non-dairy options, they need to properly train staff on how to handle them. I’ll be sticking with the Sparks location from now on they’ve always been fantastic, even though it’s a...
Read moreLast week when I came in, there were four teenagers that were more interested in socializing, that the young blonde boy made the island green for myself and another customer without the kale or spinach and had to make them both again after the rude, blonde girl insisted they were island green. Today I went in again and this time the rude blonde girl and the tall, brown haired boy made my order. The girl made the island green correctly, but the boy gave us two wheat grass shots with chasers gave us one orange juice chaser a one chaser that was some watery substance. The entire time my daughter and I did the shots and chasers, the rude blonde girl and tall brown haired boy kept looking at each other and smiling like they had done something to the shots and/or chasers. I felt nauseas after the chaser and while we were leaving, the two teenagers continued to smile at each other as if trying not to laugh. This place has went downhill and the young, immature staff should be fired for their stupidity and...
