There should be a way to process refunds for online orders. We placed an order for pick up and when we got there, they were out of boba. Instead of being able to get a refund, they said our only options were to either wait a half hour (which is more like 45 minutes) for the boba to cook or to âcome back another time to talk to the ownerâ because the owner wasnât working that day. When I visited the establishment while feeling unwell and craving egg pudding in my milk tea, I couldn't find it.
