I called once and asked if they still had the stuffed crazy crust pizza. I was told yes but it would be $15.99 because it was no longer on special. I called back and said I wanted to place an order and checked again I could get the stuffed crazy crust pizza. I was assured again the same as the previous call. I then ordered it by name. Also after I finished ordering, the person who works there even read my order back to me and said, "stuffed crazy crust cheese pizza". However, when I didn't see anything on the crust. I even tried a piece thinking maybe you'd can't see it, but would taste it. However, it just tasted like regular plain crust. When i called the store about the issue I was told if I could come in right then they could apply it to my pizza. Though I couldn't drive due to a migraine and my stepfather who picked up the order had gone to an event and wouldn't be back till late. I was told there was nothing they could do for me if we couldn't come back right then. When I brought up how I was told the high price was due to getting the special pizza they said that's the normal price for a regular stuffed crust pizza, even though the receipt says "Custom stuffed crust", not "Stuffed crust". When I told them I never would've ordered the pizza for $16 if it was just a regular stuffed crust pizza, they just said sorry about that. They said the person I called and placed my order with must've been confused and misunderstood when placing my order. Which is strange since I specifically said stuffed crazy crust pizza twice and they repeated it back to me. I see this as bait and switch since I didn't get what I ordered, especially after I was assured by staff while ordering that I would get the stuffed crazy crust pizza. We used to go here regularly, but after this experience my family and I won't be back since we find this to be...
Read moreI don't know if it's just this location or Little Caesars as a whole, but the quality level is leaps and bounds better than the old era of "hot and ready" pizzas where they tried to get you to accept cheap old pizzas.
Currently they load your online orders into a digital rack where you enter a code to access your food.
The pizza is unbelievably good -- it's like Little Caesars from years ago. Salty, cheesy, generous with the pepperoni. Bread sticks are great (though inconsistent in size.)
The food here is as unhealthy as ever, but it's also better than ever. If you are someone who likes "what Little Caesars used to be" give this location a try.
I especially recommend the stuffed crust pizza and crazy bread, and be sure to get the dipping sauce.
Your mouth will thank you for the stuffed crust dipped into the sauce -- even if your heart and body...
Read moreListen, I’ve come to expect 3 star service from any LC: hit or miss pizza, little/no/rude acknowledgement from the cashiers, but still an affordable meal. I’m new to the area, so I expected more of the same. Did someone greet me at my car asking for money? Yes, but that’s every parking lot in Renton as far as I’ve experienced. I ordered online for pickup, arrived a bit early, and a cashier greeted me, engaged in friendly small talk, and handed me my pizza AND the sauce it came with (thanks, btw, that little bit of pleasantness was appreciated). I forgot to check the box before I left, and when I got home - lo and behold - the pizza was cooked perfectly, it was fresh, and it was what I ordered! Great first...
