To start off I’ve lived in this area my whole life. One day I walked in legally open carrying my glock41(which is legal is this state). Immediately the manager on duty asks me if I have a license(concealed weapon permit). I told her no, and I kindly explained that it was legal to open carry a fire arm in the state of Washington unless it’s posted on the outside door that fire arms are prohibited on the property(there was no sticker saying so). In a raised voice that embarrassed me, and my girlfriend she said I’m calling the cops. So I told her go ahead they’re going to tell you the same thing I did. After waiting for her to return. She reached out to grab me by the arm trying to get me to step into the hall way next to the front doors I refused and explained in the calmest manner how I felt that my constitutional rights of the second amendment had been violated, I felt discrimination because I chose to exercise My right as an American. After I had expressed myself and how I felt. I didn’t feel welcome anymore as everyone was staring in our direction. We decided to leave and as we were headed out the door. The manager who had aggressively approached me in the first place follows us out the door repeatedly saying I feel threatened, I feel threatened. As my back was turned to her at this point. I don’t feel that this is appropriate way of handling the matter at hand. Even in the eight years I worked fast food I know this. She didn’t even say sorry she just pratrayed me to be a bad guy because I could legally carry a fire arm. So now I’m to embarrassed or scared to come to this establishment. A place I’ve been in and out of for the past 15 years. Never once have I ever raised concerns with my own action or been aggressive torwards anyone on this property. But yet because I look different I was treated differently. I’ll never come to jack in the box ever again. This experience has scared me for life; I’ve never been treated like this in a public place in my life. But just in case it’s not known. This was a out right violation of my constitutional rights. By law violating ones rights both civil and constitutional is against the law. The only way I’d ever step foot in this place again is if that manager is fired. She was completely...
Read moreUpdate as of 3/27/19: I really really tried to give this place another go. Went through drive-thru and could barely hear the new mousy and rude Asian girl working drive-thru. She wouldn't read back the order, and when I asked for a "few" BBQ and Ranch packets she only gave 1 of each. I asked her again: "can I get a few more?" and she just stared at me for a few moments sighing and said "I gave you BBQ and Ranch." Really? This is how you treat customers who are just asking for sauce packets? She also just threw my meal in the bag which was a complete and utter mess and waste of money. Thanks for nothing. No wonder you can only work fast food. You wouldn't last a day in a corporate job lady.
Update as of 10-3-18: Took a lady in front of me in drive through 15 minutes to order her food. Then it took 25 minutes for me to get my food. When I complained to the black haired, drugged out kid at the window that it took 25 minutes to get me to the window for my pick-up order, a black guy ran out from the kitchen and said to me "the cook was late in arriving here just now." so? How is that my fault? Fire the cook. You got hungry people at night wanting food. I've yet to talk to their manager. The girl on the phone tonight claims his name is Manuel, and she claims nobody knows when he will be in Wednesday. I call this a very BS tactic so she won't be fired. She needs to be replaced with someone who's eager to work, and arrives on time for their shift. No wonder this place is so lousy. I only went here tonight since they have stuffed jalapeños and carls Jr stopped serving theirs. 0/10 for service for.this jack in the crack place.
Ordered through drive through and the kid was having me wait more than 30 minutes with 2 cars ahead of me. I said forget it and drove home. I won't ever be going back to this location again. Lousy service, long...
Read moreI ordered grill cheese sandwich on sourdough bread. We waited in drive through window. The kitchen guy gave us our 2 sandwiches and we drove off. As we were driving ( still in the parking lot) I asked my husband to check the order. I always do that. When we open out grill sandwich we were like shocked. The cheese was just slapped on the grilled bread. So we checked our second GS. That was the same. Cheese was slapped on bread. Both were not melted like normaly it would. So I drove and got into the line. Got up to the window and this time it was a different guy . I showed him the sandwich and said what is this? I ordered grill cheese sandwich all nicely and laughingly. But the employee looked me and said " yaaa and smiled and closed the window on me and took out phone from his pocket and walked away. We waited for good 3 -4 minutes. Nobody came. Only two people were working and it was 10:15 pm. Anyways. The other employee the one who was taking order Open the window and I showed him the food. He said ya that's now how it supposed to be. And took the bag from and dumped it in garbage. The "kitchen employee" originally who made the sandwich never showed up his face after closing the window on me. Okay. This second employee at least tried to make my order. Unfortunately he didn't know exactly how to make the sandwich but tried. Still my grill was not grill. I politely asked for my refund. He did. And guess who helped him refuning , the kitchen employee tall guy with curly hair. He looked like he was high on drugs. Geeze. Own your mistake. I was not like some Karen to tell at someone. But was polite. Sad there is no value left for...
