This place, most times, the service is courteous but all the negative experiences are memorable and just downright disappointing.
Time and date of visit: 6:50PM on 9/10/2024 (per the receipt).
First disappointment: The staffer who approached the counter, per the receipt, Parker, had zero greeting. Just walked up to the register and just starred at me like I was inconveniencing him. Paid, got the receipt, nothing else said and went back to his drive-thru duties.
Second disappointment: This feels like a downright scam to me to be honest: I ordered two combo meals and ALSO ordered two Blizzards on a buy one, get one free coupon. Little did I know, by ordering the two Blizzards on a buy one, get one free offer, it cancels the drinks on the combo meal which, I should state, are still full price regardless. To me, if I'm paying full price for two combo meals and full price for a Blizzard treat, that I literally get what I pay for? The staffer there, when I ask where the drink cups are verbatim goes, "You ordered two Blizzards and those replaced your drinks..." What a total and complete scam.
Third disappointment: The (425) 227-7118 phone number, does anyone answer it? I was hoping to make a phone call, talk to the manager and get clarification because I basically believe I got scammed on a coupon. And if I didn't, shouldn't I be assured there will be some form of resolution since they stole a few dollars from me as a result of this transaction.

Read moreToday this dairy queen was busy. I've worked at a different dairy queen it gets busy it's hard not an easy job and especially with covid right now. But I tried ordering on the online app today and it said basket was invalid I went inside to see what was going on and no one even attempted to help me. I asked and they just said they cant control the app. And theres nothing they can do. I then asked if they could substitute the grilled chicken for the crispy because I dont like the grilled and it is always soggy. They told me that wasnt possible and then I had to buy a crispy chicken sandwich and and the chicken bacon ranch so I could swap the patties. I also asked for no lettuce or tomato's on my chicken bacon ranch sandwich and when I got home they were on the sandwich and I wasnt able to eat it because I am allergic to tomato's. Not trying to be a karen but I was not happy with todays service. I get it with covid and all but when I worked at dairy queen we always put the customer first no matter what it was. Customer had trouble because the app wasnt right we accommodated they didnt want something for any reason we accommodated. I was CRAVING their delicious Original Single Cheeseburgers, and at their phenomenal deal "2 for $5 Mix & Match" as shown in their mobile app, I couldn't say no! I drove up to the ordering screen in the drive thru, and to my unpleasant surprise, their pricing doesn't reflect what the app shows. The sign displayed "2 for $6" for the very same items in their promotion. I was ready to just leave and go somewhere else. I felt cheated. I was HUNGRY, and had no plans of being deceived in such a disrespectful way today, but here we are. The food was hot, prepared perfectly, had the flavors I cravingly anticipated which danced upon my taste buds proudly, yet was blinded by the betrayal of being overcharged. My soul and wallet weep, and will never visit this establishment again.
