I won't shop there again..I started shopping there when they first opened- Wonderful crew..I am very sick and disbled and they went over and above. They would deliver if I needed and they took my debit card if I sent my neighbor up. NOW THE GROUP CHANGES DAILY IT SEEMS THEY NO LONGER DELIVER TTHEY NO LONGER WILL TAKE MY DEBIT i HAVE BEEN GETTING PROMISED MY FREE BAG MANY TIMES AND EVERYtIME I GO IN IT IS A DIFFERENT STORY...SAID I WA GONE TOO LONG TO COLLECT-SO i LOST MY BAG (i HAD SURGERY) hALF THE TIME THEY ARE OUT AND YET THEY DO NOT CREDIT MY SMALLER BAGS- I no longer will go there. I am getting my dog food sent to my doorstep...

Regarding my former review, Renton Highlands store is much improved and all employees are helpful and obviously care about animals and pets! Recommend. A little pricier than other larger chains but I like the smaller and cozier feel, I feel like the employees are a little more attentive and helpful than...

Pet Pros went above and beyond when my pit bull was diagnosed with a number of food intolerances. I believe it was Heather, that read labels with me until we found something that she could eat. I get a monthly bulk order filled for our girl. Fast, easy and everything I need...
